Amazing Service!!!!
Kreafunk have been amazing with a super quick response, about a year ago I bought the Agroove portable speaker through ASOS, but by the Kreafunk brand. It has not been working for several months now. So I typed up an email where a guy called Jakob (account manager) was very prompt and helpful I ended up getting a new speaker sent out to me in days of me having the conversation with him. They were very helpful, understanding and prompt and would recommend 1000% that everyone buy a speaker from them the sound quality is amazing, style and packaging and as for there team A* help is always on hand.

Hi, Just want to say that I've just received great customers service from Kreafunk. I was presented with an aGroove bluetooth speaker by my daughter who knew I was passivley looking to buy one for my home office. Great sound quality (which I was most bothered about in investing in one). Anyway, a small connectivity glitsch needed attention so contacted the customer service department. No problem, great response and was completely reassured. The hygge experience came through to the UK big time.
