We needed emergency replacement of a small window on Friday. While a few companies weren't available until the night or the following week, Krystal Glass arranged a very speedy job within 4 hours after calling them. We were so pleased with their quick and beautiful work.

Very prompt response on a Sunday evening and did the job quickly and efficiently - much appreciated.

The broken glass was made safe on the same day and the replacement glass was fitted a few days later. The fitter did a very good and the glass exactly matches the panel on the other side of the door.

Without my knowledge, this company were called out to board up damaged windows and glass in the front door of the property that I rent out. Other glaziers who have seen the photos of this work have commented on how poor it is. The cost for boarding two small kitchen windows and slivers of glass in half of the front door (totalling £714.00) was excessive and clearly exploited the situation. Despite not having involvement in the work, I have been hassled for payment by the company on a daily basis even though they are aware that I am pursuing an insurance claim for this which they are aware has not been processed. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

In regards to the permanent repair of the windows and door, their quote was two to three times higher than comparable quotes from similar companies.
