My daughter fell in love with a Paxton Nursing Chair that was out of stock. I emailed customer service and had a super helpful reply from Emma, telling me they’d be coming in and that she would let me know when. She then let me know they were delayed. Later in, good as her word she did let me know as soon as they came. This enabled me to get the chair and my daughter and I are delighted. The best customer service I have had in a long time.

Had smooth ordering process and while estimated delivery was 7-10 days, similar to other reviews I received my order in 2 days. My husband put it together in under an hour and it’s the comfiest chair I have used throughout the whole pregnancy. It’s only been a couple of weeks but so far it’s been great.

Easy to deal with. Delivery came earlier than expected and packed well. Helpful when I emailed them a question.

Prompt delivery. Box a bit damaged and a tiny chip out the paintwork but it’s not seen. I believe this was the delivery company and the package wasn’t dispatched like this.
I got this chair for my summerhouse. It has good support for my back and the recline is an added bonus. It was easily put together and seems to be sturdy enough. Time will tell. Cushions are nice and firm and I don’t think they will sag easily. I got this chair with £100 off and think it’s fab for the money. Would recommend.

I purchased the Haywood chair and footstool. I’m currently in my third trimester and this chair is a Godsend. It is so comfortable. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.

I would very much recommend this chair. It is at a good price point and the quality is excellent. It will see you through pregnancy, post partum and even afterwards. It’s not just a nursing chair!

Delivery way ahead of scheduled or advertised lead time.

Mattress is good quality arrived in two plastic coatings to prevent dirt and damage in transit. Have not tested this mattress yet as we will transition and sleep train our little one in a few weeks to his new bedroom cot.

I would suggest to reduce the lead time you advertise in the website as we almost decided to buy in John Lewis as the lead time was showing 7- 10 days to arrive but in fact it arrives in 2 days.

Ordered a reclining nursing chair on Monday. The chair arrived Thursday well ahead of the 7-10 days estimated shipping time. Very comfy chair and lovely to rock my baby boy in. Looking forward to the nights where my boy won’t settle so I can be comfy whilst he sleeps and I doze in comfort without worrying about being upright.

Great help from Emma when I didn’t complete my order correctly.

Delivery was on time and as promised. Product as yet untested but it looks good and is fit for purpose.

The tuff tray and stand is brilliant. The height is adjustable so it works fine for my 12 month old grandchild. The tray can be on the floor or on the stand. We've had water play inside and outside on the stand, and the tray on the floor outside for sand play.
