I love the chair I’m disabled and using the chair when I can’t sleep to rock it help the chair back moves I just want to show this chair is not just for mothers but others to and the shop made every try to make sure I was ok when finding out I’m disabled to tell me is a heavy box and I will need help getting it in and that shows care they even rang to make sure I was happy with the chair I must say they care thank you for your help

Great product and customer support
I bought the Mothercare gliding nursing chair and footstool and couldn't be happier with it. It's a quality comfy chair and Emma at Kubdirect was brilliant with a few questions I had prior to purchasing. Quick delivery too. Would recommend Kubdirect and will definitely buy from there again.

Chair arrived, pretty easy to put together. Foot stall cover was dirty, contacted them and it was replaced in a reasonable time. Chair is lovely

Comfy glider not only for breastfeeding
Just perfect. I did have a bit of problem at first, as I have ordered the glider for my daughter, and the payment somehow struggled to get through (likely because of our different surnames). All resolved smoothly. Communication with kubdirect without any troubles. The glider is now a preferred chair (visitors included). :-)

Good price on offer but we had to drill…
Good price on offer but we had to drill a larger hole due to the pre drilled ones not being correct. This wouldn’t have been suitable for some to do and would have needed a replacement sent.

First time for me to order from this…
First time for me to order from this company. What can I say…I ordered one of the nursing chairs for my daughter who has just given birth to a beautiful baby boy. It’s says 7-10 days delivery it was delivered within a couple of days and I was kept updated on delivery. It didn’t take long to put the chair together and my daughter loves it. It’s so comfy when she’s feeding and the footstool is just the right height. I was that impressed that I’ve ordered a second nursing chair for my daughter-in- law who is due to give birth at the end of March. Also you can take the covers off to wash and it was in the sale so happy days! Definately recommend this company.
