I mainly used this exchange about 4 years ago and I had a handful of tokens in there, bought for around £500-800 probably.
Obviously my bad investment choices are not their fault. Most of what I bought is now worth a lot less.
But some of the tokens have since changed ticker or are just seemingly not on the app anymore.
And I don't have those in my holdings anymore.
I didn't receive any notification about this, or anything in return, they apparently didn't sell them and replace them with anything. Just gone.

Also now you can't contact their support anymore. Zendesk site is dead. Online support portal doesn't work.

I'm removing what I have left on the exchange and deleting it. Don't use it unless you want to risk even more than crypto is risky anyway

Legitimate exchanges that value their reputation and user safety should not be underwriting or listing tokens with this level of predatory supply control.
The Public must not touch this. Every buy is a donation to the manipulators. For the safety of the community, reputable platforms should delist this coin immediately.

they started deducting dormancy fees, which could be ok, but this is clearly taking money from customers at all costs since the account is already protected with 3 layers of 2FA (email, sms, authenticator code) and still they claim it is for "security reasons"
couldn't be more bullshit.

Getting into new projects early on KuCoin is a cheat code.

Customer service is average and i have enjoyed to trade with them. No major problem and withdraw works perfectly.

The KuCoin community on Telegram is so active. Always someone to chat with or help out 💬

Clean and not confusing. Even my grandma could use it.

A few days ago I received a call from an unknown number . I decided to pick up . The man talking to me pretended to be from KuCoin security and tried to make me believe my KuCoin account had a security problem . He told me that somebody in NL using an iPhone 15 tried to login to my account . He then asked me if I checked my account , I replied yes . And then if I have money invested there I replied yes . He asked me how much , I replied 6,4 BTC and some other small tokens and crypto assets . He tried convincing me that I need to change the 12 secure words but to do that we need to transfer the assets to another wallet . This conversation went on for about 90 minutes . I personally knew from the start of this call this man is a scammer and a bad one . The issue is I do not own a KuCoin account and also never had one . Companies like KuCoin never call customers so be warned and do not be fooled by these scammers . This comment is not an ad for KuCoin and I do not intend to work with them .

Letting the pros do the work for me and soo easy gain.
