Ordered two copies of a record with…

Ordered two copies of a record with separate transactions. I only received one copy. When contacted with copies of then being separate I was advised that they thought it was my error and would have refunded a payment.
My PayPal shows no refunds at all so I have reached stalemate. Two payments, one record and having to now dispute through Quickly sorted now and all good, Very quick to answer me and resolve

We were only able to locate one of your orders on our system and so we wrongly assumed it had already been cancelled as an accidental duplicate. With the help of the payment IDs you provided, we have identified the second payment and this has been refunded to you. Thanks.

Bottom of the Barrel

Worst experience in all my 12 or so years of buying records online from the UK. Kudos we’re unresponsive, unprofessional petty and spiteful.

Facts are I placed an order for the first time with them ever on August 14. Website advertises same day shipping so I waited 3 days to receive a dispatch email. It never came so I thought I would message and try and get an update. I messaged 3 times before I got a reply 10 days after placing the order on 24 August. Instead of giving me an update they wanted to confirm my shipping details. Ok I thought... I sent it to them the same day. Still no response. I message again asking for an update and I received nothing. A week after their message 17 days after I placed my order I messaged them again, in total 8 times over this period and they finally get back to me(in 8 minutes mind you which proves they probably just deliberately ignored all my previous messages) Again they did not provide an update, instead denying they received my reply about my shipping details.

I replied telling them that this was not true and first thing next day they cancel my order claiming they couldn’t contact me even though they had to contact me to tell me they are canceling my order.
Seems they were a little sensitive.
To me it’s clear they got all my messages as the swiftness of their response and the childish manner they dealt with me in the end proves they reacted spitefully.

It’s the sellers responsibility to update any potential delays in shipping although they had all items showing they were in stock and their shouldn’t have been any delays with suppliers or distribution as THEY ARE the distro.

So after all of that I have no clue as to what happened because they didn’t give me one bit of info.
No shipping No updates just Unprofessional time wasters.

Very happy with purchase, and service from Kudos. I liked the communication by email, letting me know the possible delays due to Corona Virus. Felt personal; highly recommended.
