Great Value for Money
I am very happy with my KuKirin G4 It is powerful fast and fun to ride,the suspension is very good. The build quality feels solid. for the price it is a really good scooter
The customer support is also very helpful and responds when you have questions.

I had a problem with my battery, but KuKirin customer service was very helpful and handled the situation professionally. It took a little time to arrange everything, but they listened to my concerns and are sending me a replacement battery this Monday. SCAM company NOT UK BASED
SCAM! Delivered the scooter 5 days late! been waiting 3 weeks on failed collection of scooter! They send courier when your not on , when u have taken a day off courier doesn’t arrive! Not an uk company, doesn’t comply with uk regulations.Absolutely horrendous customer service, HAVE STARTED LEGAL PROCESS…this company is a joke! £730 down drain. Hello. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the two-day delay in delivery. However, there are several points in your statement with which I must respectfully disagree. First, we attempted to pick up the package only once; subsequently, you declined to allow us to make any further pickup attempts. This is the reason the package currently remains in your possession. Second, you have already initiated a chargeback request, and—as the package is still with you—you have not, in fact, incurred any financial loss at this time. Finally, throughout this entire process, we consistently advised you to return the package—and waited for you to do so—so that we could issue a full refund. However, because you were unable to arrange for a pickup during business days, the package was never successfully returned.
As a consumer, you have the right to provide feedback on our services; likewise, I have an obligation to fully disclose the complete sequence of events regarding this matter.

I ordered 4 escooters from yall and they were all delivered in 5 days the quality is super good and the design and power they have is crazy. I ordered a g2, g2 master, g4 and a g2 master again all of them didnt have shipping problems or any damage on the escooter thank you kukirin❤️
