OK so, I never leave comments on these sort of things but kukoonrugs have got my attention to be honest. I dealt with a lady called Sarah in customer services as I didn't seem to be able to add the 10% discount as a new customer. I chose a rug which was on sale at a great price, I mean, literally half price. being a pessimistic sort with on line sales I was a bit sceptical but thought id go for it anyway, well I could send it back if i didn't like it right. Anyway, Sarah helped me sort the 10% thing out so got a further bargin. when the rug came I seriously thought WOW ok, Ill use these guys again! It honestly was and is perfect for what I wanted. the qualitys great and pretty yummy to walk on, well happy ;) A shout out to Sarah, she was lovely and helpful, Kukoon, she's a credit to your company, don't loose her x anyway heres just little ol me telling you guys my experience, id give em a go :) cheers for the rug kukoon, nice one. oh by the way, delivery was in a few days 3-4 if I remember correctly x

Great choice of designs, very fast delivery and I absolutely love the rug! I got the underlay too which stops it slipping and makes it more comfortable.
