Problem turned to solution

Ordered three charging devices from Kuxiu after receiving good feedback from a friend. One of the devices was giving trouble charging, by stopping and starting repeatedly. Stacey from customer support handled my case from start to finish and replaced the faulty unit and sent via express post. Funnily enough, the replacement arrived at my doorstep before I had the chance to email her back! The service from this company is great and I’d shop with them again without hesitation. It feels great to have a company that cares about their customers!

Great Product and Even Better Service!

I purchased a X40 Turbo 3 in 1 charger and the item appears to be extremely well made and looks great with a nice weight to it. We were looking for something small enough to travel with and this even comes with a very smart carry case which will be perfect for our next holiday.

I would also like to comment on the SPEED at which customer service responds to emails and requests. Roy was extremely helpful and appreciate him helping me out with my requests. I would not hesitate based on my experience to recommend this company.

I love my tri-fold charging device

I love my tri-fold charging device. I had an issue with the magnetic watch charger, contacted the company, and received a replacement. I would definitely order from them again.

Their products are top

Their products are top. Year ago i purchased X36 arm and was blown away with quality. Now i purchased M30 magnetic connector and experience was the same. Quality top notch. I had some issues with keyboard and contacted their support...immediate respond with right solution so im continuing happy customer. Waves from Andrej/Slovenia

Super high quality with excellent support

I bought an iPad MagSafe stand from Kuxio and the quality for the price was absolutely top notch. A minor issue occurred for me but Kuxio were super quick to respond and had me sorted in no time so I decided to leave a review. Excellent product quality and customer service. I would recommend (and have done already) to others and I will definitely remain an ongoing customer for future products I may need. This product is of such a wonderfully high quality, you’d think Apple had manufactured it themselves.

Panel is working good - Service is even better ;-)

The magnetic charging panel is working very well.
Even the first charger had some technical issues, I give 5 stars to the quick and helpful service.
I opened a service-ticket, got a quick answer, sent some information and with no discussion I got a spare part.
Would definitely buy again!

Issues with product and good post purchases support

I had an issue with one of their products, but to their credit it was on Apple’s to change how certain accessories behave since ios26. I reached out to them and offered me the most sensible solution, which I’m still waiting to try. But in terms of customer service they were responsive and professional.

CS replaced it and it's working perfectly

UPDATE: Great CS - they replaced it and the new one works great. It's deff a great piece of tech!!

Original review: I bought the K1 3in1 5000 mAh from an ad on instagram. It's a great idea (both wired and wireless charger and stand) and feels premium (nice clicks when you rotate it). BUT, unfortunately, it doesn't work, as there is no charge either wired or wireless. If I hit the power button, it just flashes like it's empty. I've tried different cables which I know work and let it charge for hours, but nothing. The battery and charge function are DOA. So for now, I'm afraid it's 1 star, at least until CS sends a replacement. I noticed other 1 stars saying the same but the majority of 5s made me hopeful I wouldn't be one of the unlucky ones. Guess not!

Good job by customer support

Customer support did a good job by providing swift and accurate solution. Despite of country for delivery was missing from the list, the order has been processed manually and product delivered as agreed with a discount for inconvenience. Much appreciated.
Product's great quality as promised, working with no issues.

They sent a new part straight away to replace the charging module. It was super easy and now it’s working perfectly again. I couldn’t be happier, what a fantastic customer experience.

Very quick and helpful support

Had an issue with an iPad stand no longer charging the iPad after an OS update. When I reached out to support, they were very quick in responding and identifying the problem. They immediately sent me a replacement part that solved the charging issue, and provided a video guide on how to replace it myself

They refuse to help when goods are not…

They refuse to help when goods are not delivered. They are adamant it has been delivered. It has NOT and they will not provide emergency with proof of delivery.

I will never order fro this company again and I suggest as many people as possible do the same

Great experience with a warranty replacement

Had an X40Q failure, so got in contact. All they wanted was me to video some tests, send that video, and they shipped a replacement.

It was an excellent experience, and it makes me want to buy more from them again. Perfect timing for customer service week
