Never did I get my order and cost me $60. Tried for months to get my money back and they corresponded with me a few times and then disappeared. They are a scam. It said my order was delivered. It was purchased and got a receipt through “Shop”. They said I had to contact company. Which again I did as I said above.

I would like to give zero for this deceitful company, please do not order anything from this company, what you get is not what is advertised, also they say free returns, and then when you try to return they ask you to ship on your own cost, furthermore they never supply the return address. I disputed and then they wrote to the company as if I am trying to take advantage of them. Unacceptable.

Wow, what an awful awful company!! Thieves really since the items they sell do not match the item you will receive.

Not only did my item arrived faulty, missing parts of it the print & stitching coming lose(photos sent to them as proof) Their T&Cs state full refund for faulty items as they quality check… however they keep insisting I’m only entitled to store credit & keep sending me the T&C page.. which states otherwise.

On top of this, the fabric is CHEAP, the colours are completely different, the pattern is completely different. The item I purchased was originally 70 something pounds (apparently), the photos on the site are clearly stolen from somewhere else that sells the real item because what I received doesn’t resemble the photo.

They are trying to make me send back my faulty low quality item at a cost to me.
Customer service is next to none.

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything online. I purchased a dress in May and paid £8 for expedited shipping as I needed this for an upcoming event. The email they provided is not real so when I reached out a week later to ask where my parcel was, I got a bounceback undeliverable response. I tried to email multiple times confirming I did not want the item shipped because the event I needed it for had passed - Unfortunately none of the emails were delivered. Luckily, I paid with paypal and tried to begin a claim with them as I thought this was a scam and I noticed a different email address on the company receipt I emailed this address in June to confirm I wanted the order cancelled and a refund and a day later i received a shipping confirmation from Kvasim! I continued to email to cancel the order without response and in July, the parcel arrived - 2 months late! The dress was of poor quality and too small so I asked to return it. At this point I was told they only offer store credit despite their website saying 'Satisfied or refunded no questions asked'. After days of frustrated back and forth emails, I was advised that I could have a refund of £8 because the shipping was so delayed however I could only receive this if I paid for postage out of pocket and returned the item! After confirming that this was breaking Consumer Contracts Regulations, I received a refund of £8 and I am still stuck with the dress. All in all this took 3 months and I was liaising with other random email addresses to sort it out.

My friend and I ordered from them. When we paid, we got sent to the “Thank you for your order” site, but she never received a confirmation code. I never asked to see it either, because normally when I order something online it’s simple and I receive what I’ve ordered in a week. However, it’s been 17 days since we ordered. And naturally I’ve been wondering where the package is. 4 days ago I asked her about the packages and she told me she didn’t know. And she told me she hasn’t received a tracking number NOR a confirmation for the order itself…. I knew immediately we’d been scammed because those confirmation codes come IMMEDIATELY after a purchase. We’ve contacted that company (through her email) and they’ve said that we haven’t ordered anything. I’ve sent them an email, threatening with a legal case, because trust me I WILL bring this as far as it needs, but they haven’t answered. I’m going to contact this place in Norway that handles these issues, I’ll report their website, and if needed I’ll report them to the police. Actually, I will report them. The amount of people I’ve seen here complaining is unacceptable. My friend found their ads on TikTok and Snapchat. If I’d known I’d never agree to get anything from there because usually ads from TikTok or Snapchat are from cheap websites with cheap products. This one was pure scam tho. If they’re reading this, I advice you to return our money.

it’s been nearly 20 days and i still haven’t received my order. the wait time is 9-14 days max for my country. i paid a lot of money for dresses i was hoping to have for a special occasion to eventually never receive. refund wanted asap.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I should have checked reviews. The site says money back guarantee. I asked for a refund because they sent not only the wrong size, but also the wrong color. However, I was quickly told a REFUND is a store credit and I had to pay to have it shipped back and provide shipping number. It was going to cost over half of the cost of the dress just to ship back! Seriously!!! Guess we’re stuck with a dress she can’t wear! Buyer beware!!! There is not a money back guarantee!!!!

I’ve never been more disappointed with an online shopping experience than I am with Kvasim Lux. What was supposed to be a straightforward purchase turned into a nightmare.

I placed an order for a product that looked stunning and high-quality on their website, but after waiting over 60 days for delivery, I received something completely different. The product was cheaply made, with stitching and details that didn’t match what was shown online. The material was thin and flimsy, far from the thick, luxurious fabric that was advertised. There was also a complete lack of finishing touches, like the missing tassels on the scarf and the straight-cut sleeves instead of the belled ones shown in the photos.

When I reached out to their customer service, things only got worse. Despite the company’s website stating that customers are entitled to a refund if they receive incorrect or faulty items, I was told that they don’t provide full refunds—only store credit. After pushing back, they offered a measly 30% refund, which is an absolute joke considering the product was not as described. They also refused to cover the cost of return shipping, which would be nearly as much as the product itself, and expected me to pay to send it back from Australia. Which then rendered there being no point in bothering to ask for a refund when I’ll the have to pay 2 twice the amount for something that it’s not worth a single cent

Throughout the entire process, it felt like my concerns were being brushed aside. My emails were met with vague responses that didn’t address the specific issues I raised, and it was clear that no one was actually taking my situation seriously. I even proposed a 75% refund as a compromise, but the company stubbornly refused, hiding behind their policy of only offering store credit.

It’s clear that Kvasim Lux cares more about making a quick sale than they do about customer satisfaction. Their products are misleading, their customer service is frustratingly unhelpful, and their return policies are designed to make it as difficult as possible for customers to get their money back.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Kvasim Lux at all costs. There are plenty of reputable companies out there—this is not one of them.

I just ordered before checking reviews like an idiot. I wish I’d checked first but I was so excited about the two dresses I ordered. The number on their page is a robot and not a real person trying to get your information for some medical device. I asked are you a real human, the robot stated they cannot help with my issue and hung up. Prior, I asked if this was the store, they ignored me and continued on about this device. Then I got NO confirmation email. I haven’t seen the charge on my account yet but I will be disputing it as the company will not be taking my money and from your reports they don’t refund they steal. I’m very disappointed honestly as I really was excited about my order to see these reviews. If they charge me and won’t refund, they’re getting disputed.

Beware of Kvasimlux; they are a criminal scam. I fell victim to their fraudulent tactics not once but twice. The first incident occurred on Pinterest, where an ad featuring Miss Bieber endorsing a "rejuv" skin product caught my eye. I placed an order, but never received any confirmation or the product itself. The second time, they unlawfully debited my account. I had to cancel my card to protect myself from further harm.

BAD QUALITY FABRIC, SIZING IS TERRIBLE AND RETURNING IS RIDICULOUS GIVING IT TAKES MONTHS TO RECEIVE AND YOU MUST RETURN IN 30 DAYS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. BAD BUSINESS FOR SURE

This company stole my name and face and posted a fake review to sell a beauty device online. Absolutely shameful and unacceptable. I am working with my legal team to get it taken down. Beware of the scam company and don’t trust the fake reviews!

My wife purchased a dress for an upcoming wedding.
The dress took so long to arrive and was of the poorest quality stiching. We followed instructions for return & refund of the dress, which had to go back to China - so far there is no confirmation of receiving. (we had tracking and signature required on delivery) So far after 5 months, we still have no refund and no one aswers our emails.
Dont trust this company as they take your money and will not refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

I ordered a dress since for my graduation and I haven’t received it or any information regarding the dress and my graduation is on the 15th of July ,emailed them couple of times but no one responded to me .
I feel so bad and lost cause I don’t know what to do .

Worst ever purchase, shown on pinterest as an add. Assumed pinterest would show trusted adds, considering it's a good app, but no. Low quality dress, shopping takes ages: it came on the day I needed it (my graduation). It's a SCAM WEBSITE. Just super dissapointed. You can't even write a review on their website.

Trying to return but they do not provide a return label and I have to pay half of the total amount in postal charges to return it to China.

The top was half the size as the trouser.

I regret this impulse of buying online. I should have learned by now

Waited 2 months and got a dress that looked like a Halloween costume, the material feels really cheap, the sizes is off and really small and it fits weird on your body… doesn’t look like the picture.
Very very disappointing!!

On the website it said the dress should arrive in 3-5 days. After not coming within that time, I tried to use order tracking on their website, which told me my order didn't exist. Tried to email customer service and received an AI generated response, telling me they were looking into it and then they didn't respond at all to my follow up emails asking about my dress / order.
Dress has now arrived three weeks late (after the event I needed it for) and a size too small.

Scaaaaam run don’t waste your money 2 months I didn’t receive any thing, no one is answering my email
