I ordered a dress from this company on May 7, 2024 with expedited shipping which they claim is 3-5 days. It is May 15, 2024 and the dress has yet to ship when it should have already been delivered. I have tried to contact them by phone numerous times and it's a recording about a health monitoring device, so I believe this "business" is a scam. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to get a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was in search for a pretty white dress and bought the “LAARNI” from them. It was only after that I realized they were pretending to be “House of CB”. They stole the same pictures from them btw.

Yes I got my package and the tracking was accurate, but it’s a poorly made copycat. Might as well just buy it at AliExpress for $20 (yeah they also sell it there I checked) this product comes from China and they just resell it from more. Save yourself time and money.. it was not worth it.

Scam scam scam! I have ordered a dress I've seen on Pinterest.
I received the product I have ordered after one month, and it has such a poor material and bad making. During this time I have tried to contact them several times, they only answered once, very robotic, I asked for refund, they said that they will send me the address and that I have to pay for the transport, but they never ever sent me the mail with the address for the return. Thay NEVER answer, I wrote them from different email addresses, tens of times and nothing. I am so sorry to have ordered from them! Huge mistake!

It’s a scam they charge me for two dresses never arrived. The phone number on their website is directed to fake number . Please don’t buy anything from this site . I have reported this store to scam investigation unit.

Awful customer service.
My item came- awful material, the colour was completely off.
I emailed about a refund and got a reply to say they will send me the return address after 3 days i still had no answer.
I wrote 4 emails and no answer. Never buy from here!

Scam. Order made for two dresses two months ago after seeing it on Pinterest. Never even left the processing stage and customer service has ghosted me. Will be filing a claim with my bank.

Love this brand and what it stands for. Their collections are beautiful. I was surprised receiving my order how good the quality was. Definitely will be back for more styles

Similar to other's experiences; missing orders, order information not accessible nor links provided in the confirmation email. Learned a lot about a medical device deal when we called the provided customer service #.

I purchased a blouse over a week ago. Promised a delivery date of 3 to 5 days. Was advised that the package has left China for Canada last week on the Shop app. Today April 29th, the item has been removed from the shop app and when I try to access the KVASIM store or phone number on google, the page is inaccessible. What is going on? Whenever I press the tracking number or the order page, I get the message 'This page isn't working'. Unless I get my package by wednesday, I'm going to file a fraud complaint to the proper authorities.
After verifying further, although I admit I should have done that first, this company is a scam. There's no other name for it.
They also have a so-called review site called Judge Me which is also a scam and the site I consulted before making my purchase. Lesson learned! May 9th 2024 update
The package arrived today the shirt looks nothing like the shirt I saw on the image although it is a linen shirt. I'm not going to bother returning it. It's wearable. On the other hand though, I don't understand why this company promises a three to five day delivery when they know very well that it will never happen. They also don't bother to give a proper tracking number to customers. Finally, I bought a pretty shirt from a Toronto retail store for $20 less than I paid for the KVASIM shirt. Second lesson learned is 'buy local'. Never ever again!

I ordered a dress as it was advertised on Pinterest on the 23rd of March. The order still has not even been shipped (29th April), I have emailed multiple times asking about the status of my shipment, to which im just told “il look into this” and never hear anymore. Ive emailed asking for it to be cancelled and refunded and coincidentally have not had a response to any of these emails. Avoid!!

I ordered a dress because I was advertised it on Pinterest, and the dress looked very good for its price point so I bought it. However upon reverse image searching the pictures they had used, I realised they had stolen it from another company which sells the original. Upon looking up the brand further I realised was a scam but I was too late. I emailed them immediately afterwards but they didn’t reply until it became 24 hours since I ordered it so that they no longer could refund me according to their “policy”. Please do your research and don’t make the mistake I did.

I bought a Rejuvskin + Boost product (pro 9 Can) promoted by Hailey Bieber in an ad on the Pinterest platform. The price was 129 Euros, and I ordered it. However, I never received confirmation of my order or the product. The name of the recipient mail is FION LARM. It's a pure scam.

Total scam! First of all they advertised on their website that the product that I ordered will be arriving within one week. Five weeks later, I finally received it and it does not look like anything like the picture ad that was advertised on their website. After reaching out to their customer service, they wanted me to send it back but said I will be reliable for the shipping cost!

I ordered a dress on March 1st and never received it. Tracking number is a joke. First email I sent, they replied to be patient as they were delays. Second email remained unanswered.

Definitely a scam!!!! Do not give them any personal information. Ordered a birthday dress on 03/22/2024 and never received it. I called and emailed. No answer or response. I will fight this through my credit card.

Page is a SCAM. Ordered a dress with express shipping and I’m yet to receive an update. The phone number on the website is fake, it’s some medical promotion. This Fion person can’t give an update as to when my dress will be delivered or what’s happening with the order. The address that they have is an address for a UPS store in Canada.

I agree with all the other reviews. probably the worst website to buy. ive emailed multiple times and they only answered me once. ive emailed them to cancel my order and get a refund and no response at all. I don't recommend!!!!!!

They upload pictures of other brands’ exact models and listings. The Rosalie dress is For Love and Lemons’s Rosalyn dress. Exact model and everything. Nothing but a scam. They claim they can deliver by two days after an order and their product reviews (all conveniently 5 stars) are imported from a third party website. No thanks.
