Never ever buy from this brand. Material is awful and I wasted my money. Don't even respond and I am pissed off.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!! I bought a dress from here 5 months ago. Still haven’t gotten it. We have contacted them many times and still getting the same response every time. They have actually also said that the package had been sent multiple times but still haven’t gotten it. This is bad. I have been trying to get my money back but they aren’t answering my emails anymore. I have given up now. I had also asked if this was a scam but no response. This is definitely a scam. DONT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE.

DONT USE, scam- dress never turned up

I ordered one wonderful long dress to the feet and i received a dress above the knees absolutely horrible and different compared to the one shown on their catalogue! I wrote to them to ask why it was not identical as on the picture, assuming that it was may be a mistaken product, but i didnt get an answer on that question!
Therefore i asked for a reimbursement & shipping back procedure; they never provided the address to allow the shipping back! As a result i never got reimbursed.
After 3 weeks writing to them to desperatly try to get the address, they ironically and finally answered back saying that it was not worth it to provide the address since the 14 days for reimbursement had passed now!
A joke this company… !
really NOT serious! I will NEVER EVER order again. I am a wedding planner who could have ordered so many dresses, but this web site is really to absolutely AVOID!! I would advise more Catchall, with who i had an opposite experience! Dresses quite similar to their pictures even though the sizes are way too small!

Very bad service. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter after payment, I realized that this is a fake site . The address on the website says RichmondHill and phone is incorrect. I realized they ship from China. They are a scam . I tried to cancel my order and emailed them. They never responded to any of my emails or phone call. I hope this review helps. Please don’t waste your money buying anything from here. They don’t deserve any respect .

Well, maybe we should have read the reviews before we made a purchase. It's been over 2 months and we haven't received our dress yet. I've sent emails and only got one response and now I'm ghosted. Scam. Does anyone ever get there refund or did you have to take it up a notch.

Don't buy from this company. I ordered a dress and over a month later it still hadn't arrived when it was supposed to be delivered within 7-9 days. I initially had to request information from them to confirm my order and the tracking make you log into another app. Stay away.

Such a fraudulent website.
My daughter purchased her dream formal dress only for this nasty fake, poor quality xxxx to arrive. I immediately emailed them as per the return policy only to be mucked around. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal so I could report and messages were monitored.
PayPal closed the case in my favour and refunded my money. Do not buy from this website, you will be disappointed ☹️

BLOODY SCAM. The tracking number is fake, and I have fallen for this scam the second time. I am so stupid. The email is fake, phone number is fake, EVERYTHING IS FAKE. I want my money back I payed 90 freaking dollars for a dress!!!

I want to bring to your attention that this website is fraudulent. I placed an order with the expectation of it being delivered within 3-5 days after paying £50. However, it has been over a month, and I have not received any shipping confirmation. Additionally, when I attempted to request a refund via email, all my emails bounced back. It's clear that this shop is running a scam, and I feel like I've been robbed.

I ordered a prom dress that was supposed to arrive by 4/17. It did not and when I tried to find out if it had shipped the site showed it had not left China yet. I tried to cancel but they said it was too late. I had to purchase another dress for the prom. I tried to return this one once it did finally arrive but would have had to pay postage back to China! They said NOTHING in the return policy about sending it back to China!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It took nearly 2 months for the order to be shipped and only after my requesting a refund was it sent. The previous emails sent requesting a tracking number received little or no response. When the dress I ordered finally arrived I was utterly disappointed. The quality was awful and the unlike what was advertised. I would send it back for a refund but doubt I'd get my money back. My recommendation - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Ordered a dress one month ago, with an express delivery shipment, that guaranteed it would arrive within a week.
It hasn’t arrived still and any attempt I’m making to contact them proves that all the emails they provided are fake.

I wouldn’t even give this brand 1 star if I could! They are complete scammers ! It took over a month to arrive and I’ve tried to get a return address for the last two weeks to be refunded as the quality of the clothes is awful and they e just ignored me. Jessica Biel from Kvasim I doubt she actually exists. Stay clear of this website!!

The dress I ordered arrived two months late, despite my several emails asking for updates and then having received no response, trying to cancel the order. Today it arrived, and I wish I could post a photo as its actually hilarious. It arrived with a rip and a stain in the center of the bust. The stitching on the bust is of obscenely poor quality. Its also made of a cheap nylon, not the same textile as pictured. DO NOT order from this company, total scam.

Bought a dress and paid for express shipping for my anniversary. I had 3 weeks until I needed it. I never got a single update until I had to email them multiple times. Their reps would just stop responding mid conversation & I literally had to threaten legal action to get them to send me my stuff. Of course I started getting shipping updates and got the dress 4 weeks late. They won’t let me refund so now I have to try to sell it.

Terrible experience. I ordered a dress was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days and it was not delivered until 3 weeks after. My daughter was not able to wear it for an event- since it arrived so late (and was actually very cheaply made). I’ve had multiple email conversations to return the dress, they said to send a picture & then they’d send a return label- NO RESPONSE! I’ve emailed multiple times after the email with the picture with no response. And in trying to contact the company regarding my issue- I was connected to a person trying to sell a medical alert device. Save your money & don’t waste your time ordering from this company, that does not stand behaving their product or services!

They do not honor their return policy. I've been trying to return a dress for 2 weeks, emailing repeatedly as instructed and no response. The phone number on their website is not a working number for them.
