My family loves how dedicated Kyte Baby is to serving mothers and children. Their products are everything my heart desires as a mother for 3.
So soft! All we wear.
My kids won’t sleep in anything else! Kyte’s bamboo pajamas are so soft and keep my toddler and newborn warm without overheating. I love that they offer lots of colors and prints for the whole family, so we all can match.
Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on Kyte for the red, white and blue sale.
I used my return credit and credit card for payment. The items in my shopping cart were on sale and showed the discounted price.
When I placed payment the discount dissappeared.
I have tried working with Kyte Baby customer service via email and chat but they will not provide any customer support.
I asked if I could be refunded the difference or receive store credit - they declined both.
I also asked for my order to be canceled but could not at this time.
I was advised if I want the items at the discounted price I need to create a new order and I could return my first order once the products arrive for store credit.

We have been using Kyte Baby for years! Absolutely love all their products! Pajamas and twirl dresses are a fam favorite in our household but they have it all! Super comfortable and they last forever!

My toddler has slept in Kyte Baby since he was born. From crib sheets, sleep sacks, rompers, bodysuits, footies, toddler pjs, and blankets, I think we have just about one of everything! The softness and quality of the material is our favorite. I even wear Kyte almost every day. We have only ever had good experiences with the customer service and social media teams :)

NEVER have I dealt with a company as terrible as Kytebaby. I waited a few weeks to give them the chance to fix the issue, but they didn’t. They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.
My daughter only sleeps in sleep sacs so I decided to give Kytebaby a try, biggest mistake I have ever made. The sleep sacs came in, in a reasonable amount of time. They were extremely oversized - I used the sizing chart they provide which was insanely inaccurate. I washed them both separately and according to the washing instructions on the Kytebaby website before use. One was fine after being washed, however after the first use, my daughter spit up and the stain is impossible to remove even trying to wash it out ASAP. The second sleep sac came out of the wash with stains everywhere from the dyes in the design bleeding!!!! This was the most frustrating part about this entire experience so far. I then contacted Kytebaby about the one sleeper that was stained due to the bleeding dyes and they refused to take accountability. They did offer me a coupon; however, I’d still be responsible for the additional costs. I’m sorry but when I have no good experiences with a company, I’m not going to utilize a gift balance when this means I’m still going to have to put more money into your company in order to use it. You need to rectify the issue before I continue supporting your company. In all honesty, if this was handled professionally I would have been completely inclined to make future purchases. But after knowing how terrible and unprofessional your customer service is, I will choose to take my money elsewhere. Greedy company that has no interest in actually making their customers happy.

My baby sleeps only in Kyte baby and has been sleeping through the night since he was 3 months old! We loved the swaddler and it made it really easy to tackle to the tough transition of swaddle to sleep bag. Shipping is fast and the quality is unbeatable! Softest thing I’ve ever felt.

Tried to give kyte baby a second chance. Ordered three items for my daughter on the mothers day sale but the one item after clicking L, kept coming up as S. I figured i could get CS to change the size since there was a glitch on the website. NOPE. They informed me they couldnt change anything even though it was their websites fault and basically i would have to cancel and rebuy with out the mothers day discount. No thank you. I took my money else-wear. Their CS is HORRIBLE.

I gave them several opportunities to make my lost birthday gift, right! Not to mention waited over 2 weeks since I chose a 7-10 day delivery, giving the post office time to figure it out. When I asked Kyte Baby about it the response I got was a very professional, “not our problem”, when it leaves the warehouse. Told me to contact their intermediary (DHL), to the post office. DHL gave me a run around, so when I asked Kytebaby again to make it right, they gave me conflicting information on timelines to filing a claim. But of course told me I had to do it. I’m here as a reminder to the general public/consumer, contrary to the narrative the merchant tries to push - they ARE responsible! The post office is NOT a scapegoat and you can do a chargeback for non receipt of an item. Only when I threatened a chargeback did they offer to file a claim for me. Don’t be bullied by companies, this one and others alike, the merchant IS responsible even after it leaves the warehouse. One and done. Never again will I even consider this site, let alone purchase, and will encourage others to stay away as well. Then when I said I wanted my full refund back including the $1 and some change I paid for the route protection, again they told me too bad. That was more of a test of principal than actually caring over a petty $1. Though, I expected to be greeted with the absolute worst response, it’s exactly what I got. 0/10 recommend that’s for sure.

To deny a human making a great effort not to loose her employment especially when going through such a stressful time as having a very ill child, is beneath the abyss. I'm a seasoned adult and I've seen it throughout my life, and I do wish not to see this as many times as I have. Sadly, women when in power are just as bad as men. Shame on you. No excuse.

Excited, I ordered 2 onesies for my little one. They are very expensive but I figured the quality must speak for itself. After receiving my order I washed them and hung to dry, after a few days of wear (only to bed) I noticed massive pilling on the leg and sides. This happened with both. Also as a side note the sizing was off, even though I bought 2 of the same sizes one was clearly smaller then the other..... Back to the pilling, which got worse to the point where my brand new piece looked like it was years old and a raggedy used piece of clothing. I was so disappointed (and was convinced this couldn't be normal) I contacted customer care who suggested that this is happening because I don't own their bamboo sheets and even had the audacity to suggest I buy them! They even told me this was due to their product being SO "pure" and high quality that its normal to pill! I'm never buying from them again. The quality is awful ( doesn't matter how well you maintain them or wash them, it makes no difference) and the customer care just brushes you off with bs excuses. These days customer care is so important and this company just doesn't have it. To top it off, the sizing is not consistent. I regret falling for the hype and wish I had done more research before buying from Kyte baby. There are so many other bamboo fabric baby brands that are much better. I truly wish I can post photos on here for you all to see what these onsies looked like after a few uses!
