I have recently bought a dress from LAAM after buying couple of quality dresses from LAAM.And I was really happy with the quality of those dresses .
However , This time , quality of the item was so poor . I wanted to return the product because of poor quality as well as size issues .
But ,there is no return policy for international customers .
It's sad that I will not be ordering from LAAM now because there is no return / refund policy for international customers .
I tried to contact LAAM through email , however , could not get any satisfactory response .

Laam is a scam, I ordered several dresses but the quality I received was totally different to the ones advertised online. The fabric,the finishings were not at all satisfying. Regret ordering online 😔

I ordered two suits for me. One of them was stained. It’s so bad that it can’t be worn. I complained about it for the customer service team for my refund but didn’t hear anything back from them.

The reviews about LAAM’s terrible support are not overblown. If anything, they’re understated.
Two months ago, I stopped receiving any LAAM order related emails. I flagged it immediately and contacted support. It was never resolved.
Now I’ve been logged out of my account with multiple pending orders, and I can’t log back in because the OTP emails never arrive. I’ve been contacting both WhatsApp and email support for over a week with no meaningful help.
Yes, I checked spam. Yes, my inbox has storage. Yes, LAAM is saved in my contacts. I’ve tried every standard fix. The issue is the complete lack of support and follow-through. On WhatsApp, I am connected to a “live agents” who disconnect the chat while I type.
Customer care email support is a tad better but agents Muhammad Faizan, Hamza Tariq and lastly Misbah Raheem stopped responding after Feb 7th.
At this point, I’m locked out with paid orders and no way to get updates. I need LAAM to restore access via an alternate verification method and provide a clear status on my pending orders. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering from LAAM.

I’ve never experienced such utterly nonsensical customer service in my life. I’ve been messaging LAAM back and forth about my order #H01M8A0092155693 (Tracking: 070303245622), and one of their advisors didn’t even know what a “pick-up location” meant!
This is bullshit and completely unacceptable. My parcel is missing, I’ve wasted my time, money, and energy, and their team clearly has no clue how to handle a straightforward delivery issue.
This was my first experience with LAAM, and it has been by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I honestly don’t even want to give them 1 star that’s how bad it is. Avoid if you can.

I was told I am to update the version of APP !!! So I did....now if you notice we do not get a flashing of SHIPPING details scrolling on top of their APP PAGE....a simple question as to how we will Be NOTIFIED due to no Flashes on Page or Promotions on Delivery FREE or discounted ??? Is become ROCKET SCIENCE....each time Custmer Service agent is directed!!! Takes HOURS before getting an answer...then when SOMEONE FINALLY COMES on...THEY REPEAT!!! This is my first experience to buy clothes from Laam spend over $ 1100 dollars.I spend more so all my family can have Eid Dresses.
Laam is a name we heard from some of the Pakistani friends in USA also they accepting return in case we have problems.
In my case I order 43 dresses in 13 I have issues.
1. low collety fabric.
2. visible white thread stitching,
3. wrong size sleeves in XL women clothes.
3. XL trouser is so narrow to take your feet out.
Did my best to provide all my problem several times to LAAM customer service send all the pictures again and again spend lots of my time reach in this Decision share my experience to other this one is my first and last time to be LAAM customer.

⭐ Misrepresented products and unfair partial refund
I have ordered from LAAM before, so this was not my first purchase. Unfortunately, my most recent order was extremely disappointing.
I placed an order totaling $494.55. Out of this order, four outfits were defective. One item had a clear embroidery defect, and three others had serious fabric quality issues, including poor material, stitching, and finishing. The quality did not match what was advertised on their website.
This was not a matter of personal preference. The products were clearly misrepresented and did not meet reasonable quality standards. When I contacted LAAM and requested to return the defective items for a refund, they refused a proper refund and offered only about 25% back, despite the defects.
I was willing to return all faulty items, but the company did not handle the situation fairly or professionally. As a customer, this experience felt misleading and disappointing.
I would advise others to be cautious when ordering, as the products received may not match what is shown online, and resolving issues afterward can be very difficult.
Make sure everyone report about this company to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. When they will see lots of people made report against this Fraudulent company , they will take legal action against this company. Also, I already reported this matter to the FTC to further review .

They have the worst customer service ever! They don’t care a little bit about customer satisfaction. Their reply rate at whatsapp is the slowest and they just close the chat session without any closure. Within ongoing conversation, they just close the session. I knocked them in whatsapp and also emailed regarding the shipping issue of laam order # 21186801(Skynet tracking no:
244801797741). I have made all payments, but the persons who are supposed to receive this parcel got a call saying that it needs money to clear the custom. I have cleared all the payment and it is not supposed to need further money. Also the delivery partners sent the recipients a wrong payment receipt. I have paid $149. But those shipping persons sent a receipt of $107. I told these issues and all they can say is they have dispatched the parcel and their duty is finished. They don’t care if recipients have received it or not. While I checked out, the website didn’t show me any msg that any further payment needed. Then why would they do it!

I have received my order; however, two of the items are defective. Since receiving them, I have been repeatedly trying to raise a concern through your official channels. Your team has continuously advised me to log in to the website, scroll to the bottom, and raise a concern from there, or alternatively use the app. I have attempted both options multiple times, but I am unable to submit a complaint through either platform as the link does not work.
For the past few days, I have been chasing this issue and emailing your team to explain that I cannot raise a concern via the website or app. Since the online option was not working, I emailed you with clear photos of the damaged items. Despite this, my complaint was closed, and I am now receiving automated responses instructing me to go back to the website and submit the complaint again bringing me back to square one.
I am repeatedly forced to explain that the link does not work, yet no one seems to be addressing the actual issue. Instead of fixing the technical problem, I am being told that complaints cannot be handled via email. This raises a serious concern: what is the purpose of providing a customer support email if customers are not assisted through it?
This is my fourth order with Lam.pk, and it was a large order. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer service has been poor, frustrating, time consuming, and inefficient. At this point, it feels like no one is listening or willing to take responsibility.
Other merchants handle defective items far better and respond promptly. Sadly, this has not been the case here.
This will be my last purchase from Lam.pk, and I will not be ordering again.

I would like to make it very clear that I have declined the offer of a 50% refund, as this is completely unacceptable.
If the fault is on your end and the item has arrived damaged, then I should be offered a FULL refund, not a partial one. I am extremely disappointed by how this situation has been handled. I have been given no option for an exchange, and you are also refusing to allow a return, despite stating in your own email that returns are not permitted due to international shipping issues.
To be clear, I am being told:
I cannot return the item
I cannot exchange the item
I am expected to accept only 50% of my money back for an item that arrived damaged through no fault of my own
This is not fair, not professional, and not acceptable customer service.
Saying that you “cannot request a return due to the risk of customs” is not my responsibility as the customer. I paid in full for an item that arrived damaged, and therefore I should receive a full refund, not a compromise that benefits only your business.
I am genuinely disappointed with this resolution and how dismissive it feels. I expect this matter to be reviewed properly and resolved fairly, as I will not accept a partial refund for an issue that was not caused by me.

Do not recommend them. Clearly provided clear pictures of the sizing issue , still they rejected the return. We are not in pakistan to buy crap and say nothing. It was my first order and make sure its the last. I want to leave this review for LAAM and I am honestly extremely disappointed.
I ordered several outfits from LAAM here in Germany, and literally everything was disappointing — the quality, the finishing, and especially the pricing. The prices are unreasonably high, while the quality is absolutely zero.
If you live in Pakistan and visit even a small local market or a village bazaar, you can easily find similar or even better fabric for 600–700 PKR. The same type of clothes were sold to me here for 14–15 euros, and some even for 20 euros, which is completely unjustified.
The clothes are very low quality, out of fashion, and out of trend. I honestly don’t understand how LAAM can promote itself as a branded clothing company or justify selling such products at such high prices.
You would be better off buying clothes from a local market or village instead of ordering from LAAM. Some of these outfits are so poor in quality that I wouldn’t even feel comfortable giving them to my house help.
The quality is extremely bad, the finishing is terrible, and I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with this purchase.

I am very disappointed with their way of doing business. The quality, embroidery, and design of the outfit did not match the description in their advertisement. The colour, size, and fabric material were also not as described.
What is particularly concerning is that the outfit I ordered under a specific name has now been removed from their website and re-listed under a different name. This raises serious concerns and makes me feel that their practices are misleading.
Overall, their business standards appear to have deteriorated significantly over the past year.
They responded to my message and provided me a refund for that particular outfit.
Donot buy anything from this company.This is another cheap version of Shein quality , actually more worse than Shein.
I bought two dresses from them and they are absolute rubbish quality with poor stitching and beads missing and very cheap fabric, nothing matched to the description.Upon complaining to them, they rejected my request completely and then when I complained again they said they will give me 10% discount which is useless.
I asked them to arrange its collection or send a return label but they said they can’t take it back.
