Mistakes, Poor Communication, Unusable Labels.
Let me begin with the positives (Although the one star is a giveaway to what's coming). We've ordered quite a few items from Labels International over the last couple of years and not had many issues.
But, on 1st September 2024, we made a repeat order of several label designs that we'd previously received from them. When they arrived, we noticed a drastic drop in quality. The colours were faded, text was unreadable, and they just looked cheap. Over the following five weeks a series of re-prints, new proofs, and promises to put it right have not resolved the full order.
They admit the mistake is with their system and printers, yet six weeks on, we're left with 1,000 products we cannot sell, because Labels International can't get their act together and deliver as promised!
Their website says they accept design uploads in PDF, EPS, JPEG, PNG and GIF formats. Each time, we upload a professionally designed PNG, and have had these printed without issue. Then, we started getting emails saying they wanted Vector files, not PNG or JPEG. If we don't supply a Vector file they will alter our uploaded design and charge us for doing it. This makes no sense and looks really dodgy, especially when the changed format prints to such a poor quality compared with the original uploaded PNG file.
Although our sales aren't their responsibility, they have cost us thousands of Pounds in lost revenue due to the weeks of delays and we STILL don't have our full order.
