We have taken a look at your order and we can see that you have included several lines of really small text on your design, and the overall size of the label is just 60 x 40mm. Our website states that we highly recommend that customers print an actual-size proof of their labels before adding them to their cart, as the design on screen can appear many times larger than your labels are in real life. Unfortunately, it looks like you didn’t choose to print your design actual size before ordering. We can confirm that we have printed your labels exactly as you ordered them on our website.
