Shocking SCAM !!

I was buying a beautiful Amethyst mug, I actually received the most worthless resin cup you could imagine, nothing like the actual product. Shame I can’t add photos here, I paid £30 for this mug and when complained was offered £15 refund.. The mug isn’t even worth £5 it’s terrible and won’t be used. Hopefully Karma will be my refund

Took 3 weeks for item to arrive and when it finally did, the packaging looked like something from a seaside grabber machine and not what was shown in the images. Nothing premium about it to reflect the cost.
When I asked to return it they eventually replied (usually one email every 24 hours or so) they offered a 10% refund which I rejected.
24 hours later they offered 20% refund and 24 hours after that offered 30%.
I insisted I wanted to return it for a full refund and then they replied saying I’d have to send it recorded delivery to China which would cost half the item value plus the carbon footprint.

Buy from this website at your peril!! Scammers!!!

I feel sick in the stomach. I bought 3 very expensive pendant lights. The product arrived two weeks later , packaging was very good, one of the lights does not work and I am so disappointed despite having sent 3 emails , their contact number does not work. Please avoid purchasing from this company.

I purchased a large minimalist clock that arrived yesterday, they sent 4 rods, a base and 2 hands and nothing else to attach anything together. As expected there have been no responses to my emails and their customer service number doesn't even ring out. Please avoid at all costs!

Purchased a clock for £59.95 which looks amazing on the photo, received the item yesterday and it's not worth a bucket of ? Absolutely shocking that this site gets away with false advertising.
Three emails sent since yesterday and haven't had a response as of yet and if I don't these will be reported to Trading Standards!

Awful experience. DO NOT USE.
Purchased said item for Christmas present which was unsuitable and did not fit. They responded to 3 emails but when I insisted on a return for a refund they no longer replied.
I am now in the process of reporting them.
Prior.... When I complained about the length of time itwas taking to receive the item they said my item was not available from the UK warehouse so the postage took MUCH longer than expected as they had to ship from an international source and thats why the tracking didnt work.

Awful, bought a lamp which looked amazing but its taken almost 2 weeks to arrive, its about half the size and it looks nothing like the photo. Its cheap tat.
The website looked really convincing that it was genuine but its not at all. Do not order from this website

Trying to return 2 jumpers...so expensive for such cheap tat. They are woollen print, not actually woollen like in tge pictures. I have emailed 4 times in the last week requesting a returns address but no one is getting back to me. I am just left high and dry. Am so annoyed as they have false Trustpilot reviews on their site.

They send me bag was rubbish not leather. Pay more .
Come after 13 days on website say 2 -6 days delivery.
I block them in my bank and get my money back.
I want to sent this items back they send me address to China and I must pay for this.

My mother orders what should have been a coat for £70.
Arrived and it's nothing more than a cheap thin cardigan.
Trying to arrange a return as no way way of doing so on their website.
Scammers and now my poor mother is £70 out of pocket. 😠

Avoid ordering from this website. Ordered some boots but they were not standard sizing so needed to return. Despite the website giving the impression they were UK based, they are not. I have been offered 70 % refund and to keep my product but they will not enable a full refund and allow me to return to a UK based warehouse. Customer services have responded promptly, but the return goods address would be in China so would cost me more for postage.

Please do not buy from company.

Brought a what I believed to be a professional telescope for my partner for Christmas, they advised on website that product would be here in 7 business days, product did not come for three weeks and I was away for Christmas so unable to give partner this for Christmas.
Product is very low value and found out the same product I could get more than half the price less on reputable websites. I have now sent to emails asking how I can send product back and up to now no response.
I have 1st payment coming out next week and have warned them I will cancel payment plan with Shop.
Wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

Don’t buy from this company. Ordered 2 handbags before Christmas and was told would only take a few days but has been over 2 weeks. I’ve emailed them and miraculously received the bags afterwards. I wanted real leather handbags but they failed to mention it was faux leather.

Awful company ordered 3 weeks ago with delivery estimated 3 days needed the item for going away , still hasn’t arrived . Customer service terrible won’t take responsibility ,

So brought the wooden rainbow sound tower as a Christmas present for my toddler. Do not buy. It came with no instructions to put together and has splinters in the wood. When I finally worked it out based on the picture, I spent 25 minutes gluing the bits together for it not to work. The marbles don’t go down the tower and instead just fall off. Clearly cheaply made and no thought gone into whether the product actually worked. I stupidly did not check trust pilot before ordering. Will not make that mistake again.

I could have brought them from Temu which would have been better quality. I would say crap but that's not who bad they was even worse.

Stay well clear from this company, absolute scam. Ordered from this company and paid next day delivery, 3 weeks on still not received my item and takes days for a reply via email as the number doesn’t work. When they reply they say you will receive next day still not got item. There tracking link, now I looking is clearly fake.
Avoiding this company is the best thing you could do.
