Stay well clear from this company, absolute scam. Ordered from this company and paid next day delivery, 3 weeks on still not received my item and takes days for a reply via email as the number doesn’t work. When they reply they say you will receive next day still not got item. There tracking link, now I looking is clearly fake.
Avoiding this company is the best thing you could do.

Beware stay well away from this company , shoddy products and near impossible to contact them for a refund

Bag of crap , cheaply made , damaged not working and just not worth a tenner let alone the £60 I paid for it .

These are totally not as advertised.
The key features on your website state:

There is no removable perlon insole - this is not removable.
There is not a unique gel sole / anti-slip Duratread sole - It is moulded plastic and does not look anything like in the picture.
The description also states as follows:
Experience superior protection with these waterproof leather boots, designed to combine style, comfort, and functionality. Perfect for both equestrian activities and everyday wear, these boots ensure your feet remain warm, stable, and protected in any situation.
These are not not in any way leather - there is no markings stating leather uppers.
The logo is significantly different to the one in the photo.
There is no return address.
A total fraudster and rip off website.
Please steer clear and save your money.
UPDATE: After several emails, I received a 70% refund on 24.12.25 and got to keep the boots. This was a mutual agreement.

Placed my order while ago and it’s still not delivered . and no response from customer support!!! don’t waste your money.

They sent the entirely wrong jacket and charged over a hundred pounds. They send cheap recreations at exorbitant rates to give an illusion of authenticity. Never purchase from this fraudulent company.

My 82 year old mother ordered a coat from here. Cheap, nasty and just unwearable, not true to size, clearly Chinese sizes.
Contacted them for a refund, the returns process is a joke!
They offered 20% refund and for her to keep the coat, when she refused this they offered her 30%, she is an elderly lady and now has to go to all the trouble of arguing with them to try to get a refund for a substandard product, having to photograph everything before they would consider taking it back, then having to photograph everything when it was packaged up!
This company is an absolute disgrace, do not buy from them.

Beware, all of their reviews on their website say the word "product" in them, clearly they are getting AI to post random good reviews as not one review mentions what the actual product was. If their prices look too good to be true its because they are, buy at your peril.

Ordered two crystal mugs and they look nothing like the photo. Absolute cheap rubbish. Waited over a month for them to arrive only to be left disappointed and out of pocket. Avoid this company like the plague. I’ll be opening a dispute with my bank for a refund.

I have had the worst experience with this company and would never purchase from them again. My parcel was supposedly delivered in October, but it was not delivered to my address. It was marked as “left with a neighbour” even though I never authorised delivery to a neighbour or any alternative location. I live in a detached house and have checked with all surrounding neighbours—no one has received anything.

Despite raising this immediately, the company has still not provided any proof of delivery from Royal Mail, no photo, no door number, and no confirmation of who supposedly received my parcel. Weeks later, I am still out of pocket with no item and no resolution.

I have had to chase endlessly, and the customer service from Julie has been extremely poor. Instead of resolving the issue, I have repeatedly been told to wait indefinitely for Royal Mail, even though the product was never delivered to me in the first place.

I eventually had to raise a dispute with Klarna just to protect my money, and now the company is simply saying they will wait for Klarna’s decision rather than taking responsibility as the merchant.

This has been incredibly stressful, especially as I recently had a newborn and did not expect to be dealing with a month-long dispute over an item I never received.

Absolutely terrible experience. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Other retailers provide much faster, clearer, and more reliable service.

Please do not purchase from this company. If you still choose to take the risk, make sure you pay through PayPal or Klarna so at least you’re protected when things go wrong — because this company will not help you.

The item that arrived was a cheap fake and did not resemble the boots advertised in any form. They said they were out of stock so would be coming from their international suppliers stock, meaning ‘China’ !!! What a pile of rubbish!
The customer service was quick and good, but saying a load of rubbish about nobody ever having complained about the quality before….
I accepted an 80% refund as l couldn’t be bothered spending time contacting my bank or the expense of sending them back. They certainly don’t warrant tracking as that costs more than they are worth !!!
So disappointed with this company as they appear genuine.
Do not buy anything from them!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from a company that is actually based in China, guising themselves as a reputable online retailer, sending out dodgy, not fit for purpose items which are falsely advertised ! And then have the cheek to offer partial refund or send the item back to China at your own expense!!! DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY WHAT YOU SEE ONLINE!! Cheap inferior non-child friendly junk!!

Very bad customer service and they are based in China and if you decide to return an item you have to send it to China.

Do not buy their winter coats. Ordered one of their wool coats almost two weeks, arrived yesterday with bits of string, very, very thin and cheap material certainly not warm enough for winter. Overall very cheaply made. The only thing true per their website is the colour. I haven’t even bothered to try it on. Going straight into the bin as judging from other reviews, it’s not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund.

Do not buy from here. They advertise as in stock and the items are not, so have to wait ages for item to arrive. Customer service terrible and refund process is a nightmare. They try all ways to get out of giving a refund, cheap and nasty items not as described. BEWARE.
