I was so happy when I learned that Laced Hair was providing online education. During COVID and being out of work it is nice to be able to refresh and continue your education in the safety of your own home. The presentation was amazing, I was super impressed. I learned so much that I didn’t learn in past extension classes. I will definitely be taking future education from Laced Hair!

Lacey is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind! I loved her refresher course, and I love the support from her and her team!

I recently purchased laced hair extensions from my hair stylist. I had them put in this last Friday. I do not like them at all!!! They are very thick, so much that I am can hardly sleep. When I talked to someone in the salon in Utah they asked what kind I had and it was determined it was the machine sewn wefts. The girl said they sounded like they might be stacked too??? I have two rows and they are both pretty thick, it seems like a rope around my head. I have worn Great Lengths for many years and I was convinced these would be better even less costly. I can hardly tell when my Great Lengths are bonded in my hair. They are very small and hardly notice they are in my head!!! I will have to deal with paying for them to be put in my hair and now to be taken out after less than a week, but i would greatly appreciate a refund for my hair purchase!!!

Horrible hair quality and customer service. I've had my hair extensions in for a month and the hair extensions are shedding like crazy. Their customer service is a joke, they do not issue refunds on their poor quality hair. They offered for me to return the hair so they can "take a look at what's going on". This look is an exorbitant cost to me as I have to pay to remove the extensions and the pay to reinstall when I receive the hair. Do not recommend purchasing hair from here. It's poor quality they will just shed and you'll be out $$$$$

I have loved Laced! I have used their hair, and I have referred my clients to them for years. On Black Friday, I ordered hair for myself. I had it installed and instantly knew something was different. The hair matted and was so hard to brush out! It was so bad I had to take the hair out. I was extremely disappointed because I have never experienced this before and I spent $300. I reached out to Laced through email and asked if this was normal. No response, I called the store and the girl told me she couldn’t help my but to email them again. I emailed, no response. I am so sad because I have loved Lace, but I will never order from them again, nor will my clients. After my experience talking to others, this has happened before! For as expensive as their hair is, and as much as I have ordered though them, you would think a response would be the least they could do.

I purchased a set of Laced Hair clip in extensions years ago through this company and the quality was great. They lasted me about two years and wore and styled them all the time! So, I decided to buy another set since the quality that I remember was awesome. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with my recent purchase. The quality of the hair I received is garbage. After only washing them once and having them for only one month, I can already tell that I will have to trash this hair within the next couple of months.. I emailed customer service letting them know that I was really upset about the quality of this hair and they didn't even respond. I am sad to say, that I will not be purchasing Laced Hair extensions ever again.

Laced hair is the only hair I will use. I am a repeat customer. The quality of hair is outstanding, and I recieved my extensions in the mail 1 day earlier than the fastest expected delivery date, and that was during a week with a holiday! I have used both wafts for hand tied extensions and keratin bonds and I love them both!

The color was a little darker than I had expected. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase!
