Laced Hair Extensions Reviews 99

I received a package with no extensions. I had ordered before Black Friday when the hair was instock but no because they failed to ship the hair to me they are out of stock if the color I need. Poor customer service. Now I have no extensions for my client.

I just bought tape in extensions yesterday and washed them so they wouldn't look so shiny like "Barbie," hair as I have always done with previous extensions. The hair stinks and I washed it with high quality shampoo and have never had an issue with other brands of hair. This hair smells horrible and is still silky, I hope the smell goes away and the silky feel. Not to mention when I bought the hair, they said the tape on the extensions haven't been sticking and to buy a set of extra tape too. I was pressed for time and a function to attend so I had to get them still, but now this?!

After researching, this "burnt," smell on the extensions may be because this is NOT REAL remy hair! Previous extensions that I have purchased from different brands have never had this smell and after looking up this issue, I am being told there is a good chance this "Remy real hair," may actually be fake!

Lost my package in the mail even after I emailed them my correct address & clarified where to send it. & I had to go to the post office3x&they sent me 1 pack of tapes after I tried to order 2. I’ve been a good customer and I am not happy with the Last business was transaction.

Worst hair and company ever. Im a licensed cosmetologist. I ve been using hair extensions since I was 19 (now 34) and this hair felt horrible from the first day. One wash and forge about it! For 659$? The company deleted their reviews on facebook and on their web! So what are they hidding? They even Blocked me from Instagram cause I left a comment about my horrible experience!

The product is top knotch. The hair is beautiful , high quality, and long lasting. Shipping is also quite fast. My only complaint is that colors are often out of stock making it difficult to deliver services and I have had lost opportunities as a result. If you are able to make a big investment and purchase hair way ahead of orders, you should do it.

I bought 4 batches of hair. Two have been terrible and two have been amazing. The two batches of hair that were awful the company replaced for me.
