Great hair but horrible customer service. I have never interacted with a company where the customer service was this bad. I had issues with my first order of hair thinning and coming out in strands from the tape bond, I sent them detailed pictures and a response and their response was simply “I’m sorry but we can’t do anything about your previous order”. I sent an email back asking why can’t you do anything? And never received any response. If you have any issues with your hair they’re not going to fix it so once you buy, expect that even if the product coming to you isn’t good you’re out of money for it.

The hair is always amazing but customer service was terrible. Probably won’t buy it again because it was that bad.
Get it together Laced. You have an amazing product but the experience as a whole was not worth it.

I love everything about laced hair .. I love everyone I’ve meet . I think the quality is amazing and looks beautiful. I’m so excited to started using laced hair on my clients .. the only thing I wails suggest is that you be able to use the pay over time feature with a debit card .. I try not to use credit cards and when paying 1,200 for a class I would have like to have payed it off instead of all at once .. other than that I am so pleased with laced .. you are the best .. 💖

The staff is more than accommodating. The color is fantastic, quality of hair is superb. I just wish they had shorter lengths so I didn't have to cut so much off for my volume clients that do not want to use tape ins.

Best tape ins and hair quality and customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting extensions for over 12 years of all different kinds and bonds etc and Laced hair by far blows everyone else out of the water for quality, customer service, and also pricing.

This is by far the worst customer service in the beauty industry. I’ve been a stylist for 20 years. The last hair extensions I bought (last because I will no longer use their product) lasted 5 months. They gave me 5% off my next purchase- a whopping $17. They are rude and don’t stand behind their own product. The founder is super sweet but has entrusted her company into the wrong hands. Buy elsewhere!

Received hand tied wefts and half
The pack was covered in glue at the top and all stuck together. Customer service took serval days to get back to me. And I needed to use half the pack that wasn’t glued on my guest that was sitting in my chair when I opened up pack. They said they can only do anything if Shipped back the whole pack. I sent management a video of the hair, and nothing came of it. Overall was very disappointed , the hair cost almost $800.

I've been using the weft hair 4 a little more than two years now and the quality is really really good! The downside is I am blond and the lightest color of their blond always has way too much yellow in it so it looks brassy and the newest ice color is to Gray. The only other negative is that since I've been using this product it's increased by 30% in price..
