The wide variety of colour available was fantastic and the ability to buy swatches before purchasing made it all the easier to bring my vision to life! The type of the dress is amazing, I had a large and varied bridal party and the multiway allowed everyone to wear it a way that suited them. Cannot recommend this company enough and have pointed several people in their direction

I bought my bridesmaids dresses, matching ties for the men, bowties for the page boys and dogs, and sash and headband bow for the flower girl and the help and service was fantastic. Any questions I had were answered quickly and the quality of the items was amazing. The girls had so many compliments! I loved that each dress was slightly different to match everyone's personality and flatter different shapes. Highly recommend!

The moment I decided to go with La Closet De Chanel, I knew I’d made the perfect choice. Constant communication, and check ins and when the dresses arrived I was just taken away by the quality of all of the girls dresses. They looked absolutely stunning, all of the bridesmaids felt confident and comfortable all day, they could wear them in a way that suited them which was perfect! Thank you so much for making our day even more special with these beautiful dresses.

The material was good quality and we loved the colour and fabric. However, all of the dresses required alterations, and the children’s sizes were completely incorrect. Unfortunately, there is only a 10-day window to raise issues, and we were unable to get all the dresses tried on by the bridesmaids within that timeframe. It would be much more helpful if customers could book a delivery date to ensure they can get a bridesmaid try on session within that date of the 10 day window.

We also booked a deal that included a free scrunchie, which did not arrive.

While we were very happy with the look and feel of the fabric, we wouldn’t pay for made-to-measure again, as the sizing was completely wrong. In future, we would order a standard size and have it altered.

My flower girl’s dress kept twisting and sitting awkwardly throughout the day due to the poor fit.

Dresses were made in timely manner and arrived absolutely perfectly! Colour and quality of the dresses was great and they fit all of my bridesmaids so well! Very versatile and inclusive! Order process and delivery was super easy too!

I absolutely LOVED my bridesmaid dresses. The sage green colour and forest green colour is stunning and looked exactly as was described on the website. I also loved the fact my bridesmaids could each wear their dress in a way that felt comfortable for them. The dress comes with a bandeau which also helped with more support and coverage. The quality of the material is great and I would highly recommend if you are looking for versatile bridesmaid dresses.

La closest were helpful from beginning to end, really simple to give them measurements and they all came and fit perfectly! Last minute we decided to get matching ties for groom and groomsmen and even though it was last minute they still got them sent out to us really quickly ! The dresses got so many compliments and all the girls felt really comfortable, couldn’t recommend them more if I tried!

The entire process from our initial communication was incredibly simple and straightforward. All communication was quick and professional. The process of ordering the dresses was so simple and the guides provided couldn’t be easier to follow. All the girls had so many compliments on the dresses throughout the day from guests. Feedback from the girls was that the dresses were so comfortable and easy to move it. They weren't restricting in anyway and looked amazing too! The dresses allowed all my bridesmaids to wear the dress in a way which they felt comfortable which as a bride was my priority. Some of the girls changed the style from day time-night which everyone loved! I would highly recommend these dresses to anyone.

I was due to get married in 2021 with a colour scheme of rose gold, which was gorgeous! Covid hit and we had to postpone our wedding. We then fell pregnant (with twins!) so adding on children’s ties this time round ! Our colour scheme and vibe had changed during this time and Chanel was so lovely, understanding and accommodating.
And wow ! The dresses were just stunning 🤩 we chose the dark sage green and the colour was gorgeous on all my bridesmaids. My girls felt comfortable and amazing in them and were able to style them in different ways that suited them perfectly.

I had the most amazing experience with laclosetdechanel.com.. I contacted them late April to ask if I was too late to order our bridesmaids dresses as had been let down with ones I was originally going to order.. I was replied to very promptly by the director of the company chanel who advised me the I'd missed the cut off for June but added that she would see what she's could do to help.. She asked how many dresses I needed sizes and colour I was after.. To cut a long story short she did all 5 of my beautiful bridesmaid dresses for us in the most amazing colour and at such short notice.. She literally went above and for me and I can not thank her enough..!! Absolutely amazing customer service.. I literally don't know what I would of done if it wasn't for her..!! Wow!! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better bridesmaid dresses! The communication from the start of the process to the quality of the dresses was amazing. I ordered a few different swatches to make sure I got the right colour. The girls absolutely loved the dresses and said how comfortable they felt in them all day! I ordered the sunset purple and honestly couldn’t be any happier with how they looked! The girls sent measurements and they were made to order. One of my bridesmaids lives away so couldn’t try it on straight away, she found out that she ordered the wrong size length! Chànel was incredible and made a new dress for me with just 4 weeks to go until the wedding!! So so happy with the results and the pictures speak for themselves! I ordered 3 multiway dresses with slits and 1 jumpsuit in peach for my July 2025 wedding , the quality was outstanding , the dresses where so lovely and perfect for all wearing them , I loved the Bardot style so we used them mainly , I loved that my bridesmaids where able to change styles for the evening , I loved the flexibility around how many different styles available , the communication was brilliant with Chanel - I loved my day and these dresses where beautiful!

I ordered the dusty blue multiway bridesmaid dresses here and absolutely loved them! Each of my bridesmaids sent their measurements so they fit perfectly, the shipping was quick and once we watched the videos a couple of times the process was straightforward. The girls felt confident and I loved how they looked!
