Ordered steps for a Monday. Stressed the importance of the order. Phoned up at 16.30 on Friday telling us they couldn't deliver on the Monday as promised. Waste of time and energy. Cancelling the order and using a reputable company instead.

Waited for over a week for the ladders and no contact from them following the payment receipt!

Tried to cancel the order but they had to' check the details first'.

Good customer contact over a small spec change and delivered on time as promised.

Ordered a loft hatch and ladder set but when it arrived and was unpacked I noticed damage that had gone through the packing and hatch cover. I contacted Ladders and Access and a replacement was there the next day with no fuss, would highly recommend this company as not everything goes to plan and its nice to see great service when it doesn't.

We were in a bind and really needed some last minute ladders. This company worked with us and somehow performed a miracle. The ladders were successfully transferred to our home in time! Thanks so much!
