My dress came fast and fitted perfectly

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do Not, I repeat Do Not order anything from this website. The dress I received for my daughter was not as pictured, poor quality, and darn right despicable. They are a total scam.

Very disappointed with the dress. It doesn't fit and I'm getting the run around just to pay for more fabric and they aren't responding in a timely manner. My event is very soon. I sent the money for the fabric and still hasn't been shipped. I have to go find someone to alter the dress and pay for more fabric. They are very nice until they get your money.

The dress we ordered was not as pictured. The color was pink, opposed to a neutral color, and the top was very stiff not firming to the body at all. The fabric needed to be better quality to fix this. My biggest issue is the challenge to return the dress. I paid $198.11 with shipping, and was constantly only offered a percentage as a return. Furthermore, there is no US address to send the dress, so to return anything to this company, costs a fortune!

I ordered a wedding dress, ordered off their site for the first time. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a standard size, per the available options. Then they email me a million times saying “urgent! We need your exact sizes” but I specifically wanted a standard size, so that returns will be easy in case I didn’t like it. They demanded that I give a custom size or the dress wouldn’t ship. So after TWO WEEKS of emailing back and forth, my dress still hasn’t shipped of course, so at this point I don’t even want to give my business, I just want my money back. So when I requested a full refund they said no we can’t do that and attached their cancellation policy. THEY DELAYED MY ORDER TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THEY DEMANDED I GIVE CUSTOM SIZING & THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A (FULL) REFUND!

This website is a scam. The dress that I ordered from the website and the dress that they sent me were totally different from the picture on the website and it was unfinished. They just put some stuff together and sent it to me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent in my measurements, I received an email with the measurement guide to double check. I confirmed and the dress arrived as promised. It is as beautiful as on the site and fit perfectly. Material used is great quality. It also had the lining in the lace and built in bra cups
Can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you

After telling them what I wanted they sent the custom dress in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again the future.

I loved the customer service, u got emails explaining what they needed and communicated with me about my sisters prom dress. I was expecting a different top design ( it looked a bit different from what I seen online) but overall we loved it. She looked amazing prom night. We still had to make adjustments to it even tho we sent measurements but no biggie. I would definitely order again from here.
