The worse! I got a dress customized. The customization wasn’t the problem. The problem was the dress did not look anything like the picture and they refuse to give refund even after I emailed them pictures to show the difference. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this website evwr!

I read lots of negative reviews, and was very concerned about getting my dress… I received my wedding dress today, and was in tears… Tears of joy! My dress was loose in certain spots and needs alteration, but that’s expected ordering a dress across the country. I received my dress expedited and packaged properly! I have nothing but positive rave and reviews to leave for this company. I appreciate you for making my day extra special. I give you an A+.

This company is so dishonest. I order my dress for a very special occasion and had several communication emails with them before the dress was even sent even asked for them to cancel the order because I wasn’t please with Shirley asking me to send measurements for a dress that is suppose to be in USA sizes, after being denied the cancellation I was then told that I would get exactly what I ordered and on time. What I received in via DHL I was a completely different dress, extremely large in size, a complete different style and material.
When I contacted this company after I paid over $200 for this dress and they are now refusing to refund my money in full but then insulted me by offering a $30 refund while telling me is cost over $80 to send it back to Asia. Then they turned around and sent me a email stating they will give me a refund of $119 if I sent the dress back. Like this company is a fraud and can’t be trusted. Do NOT give them business because they truly are not honest. I wish there was a way to post pictures because I would surely show what i thought i ordered, compared to what I received totally different

At this point this scamming ass website needs to be taking down. This by far has being my worst experience ever with a purchase online . I paid these folks my money + rush shipping and I had to beg for my dress ( my experience was horrible) I have about 20 emails going back and forth with these crazy folks
And they won’t give my my money back.

Very bad customer service ! They literally intentionally held my dress along with nasty emails they sent me ! I won’t purchase dog food from these folks if they sold it ! People, it’s plenty of other websites that sell beautiful dresses. Do business with a legitimate company with great customer service . This by far has being my worst experience ever with a purchase online . I paid these folks my money + rush shipping and I had to beg for my dress ( my experience was horrible) I have about 20 emails going back and forth with these crazy folks
And they won’t give my my money back ! I file a dispute with PayPal about this matter and the company email me and said, “ we will not send your dress until you remove the complaint ( I paid them on the Dec 23 + rushing fee ) I even closed the case through PayPal and sent them this info and they still delayed my dress
And sent taunting emails ! Just a bunch of nonsense … never again and I hope if you reading this email take heed and advice and shop elsewhere!

I ordered the dress and paid rush shipping on 12/5/22, date if the event was 12/17/22, the dress arrived on 12/14/22 as promised. It was beautiful and fit my daughter perfectly!! It looked exactly like the picture and everyone at the pageant was in awww of the dress! My daughter won the title Miss Covergirl 2023, best evening gown and best interview!! This was her first pageant and the judges now want her for more we will definitely be ordering again!!

Do not buy any dresses from these people. I sent the exact measurements for my daughter’s homecoming dress not only was it damaged it was four times smaller than I ordered. I asked for a refund they recommended I went to a local store to get it repaired. Absolutely awful

I will start with saying I should have read the reviews on this site before ordering! Only read reviews on their site. They were fast with replying to me just after ordering and after it came…because I asked to return it. I ordered a size 16…did not ask for custom. They asked me to send measurements which I did but still explained I wanted a size 16…no custom as I could do that if needed. I also asked if they had free return in which I got a reply that stated “yes we do have free return”. Got the dress pretty quick and the fabric in the top was stiff making a gap between shoulders and straps of at least 2 inches when sitting down. I asked to return it and they said I couldn’t because it was custom made. Snap shot of emails and as then sent to them including the one they said free return! Reply was well it was custom made and would cost to ship it back. They offered $30 on a $200 dress! I will continue to fight with them and PayPal. DO NOT order anything from them! Scam!!

This weeding dress is absolutely beautiful order custom and it fits me perfectly and the quality exceeded my expectations. Got lots of compliments

OMG I Absolutely Love my Daughter's Prom dress she looked amazing we did some alterations to the dress but it still turned out amazing the service that we received was excellent top tier I got my daughter's dress in about 2 weeks after I sent her measurements everything fit great the dress looked perfect I would definitely recommend them I don't know how to add the picture on here

I placed a rush order. Moral of the story, it never came. They even give me a tracking number in which the dress never left Beijing. They constantly emailed me to send the dress(the dress I never received) back or the we’re going the police on me. I really wish I can post screenshots of how unprofessional they are! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

The dress advertised on the website that I ordered does not match the dress that I received at all. Poor quality. Poor workmanship. They rush you via email asking you to give custom measurements even though you choose your proper size when you placed the order. Than they ask for more payments for custom sizing and insist you give the details through sending you multiple emails pressuring you to give the details. What they send absolutely does not match what’s advertised. Than they refuse a refund because they say the dress was custom fit. The custom fit is their excuse to not provide a refund. Nothing custom about this dress except this company is accustom to lying. The quality of what was sent is a dress at a value of under $20 USD. I will never use this shop again and I don’t recommend this place.

I ordered my dress over a month ago They kept in touch like they were really making the dress…
I question when we’re they mailing the dress because it was a week before my event … she replied I’m sorry I can’t promise you will get the dress in time we have a short labor holiday… I Paid for express tailoring time is 14 days It had been over a month… Now it’s a week before my Big day and no dress…

PLEASE, Ladies, do not order from this website/company. My niece informed me about this company to order her junior prom dress. We placed the order on Monday, April 4th to which we received an immediate response from a representative named "Shirley" asking to confirm the dress size, date of event, etc. We did all of that and was informed we should do rush shipping (an additional $30) to which we could pay via Paypal since we had already finalized the payment for the dress. We did that and by the time I kindly checked in for an update about a week ago since her prom date was soon approaching, they responded with "we recommend a rush order," which raised an immediate red flag for me considering I had already done this. I did not sit right in my spirit about this; they could not even provide a tracking number. I filed a chargeback to which they begin emailing and even reached out via text to begin harassing me. I immediately converted the messages and took screenshots into a PDF for my bank and PayPal - received my money back immediately. I was even called a "stupid b#@$^" via email because I did the right thing and what was needed to do. Please, no one deserves to be treated like this. I remained professional and pulled a "Chris Rock," by not retaliating. This is not an ethical or moral business. Spend your hard-earned money for a formal event with a respectful business that is actually legitimate. This company is not it!

I ordered a mermaid prom dress match 14t, didn't receive till April 11. Paid $200 for the dress to be stiff and the rhinestone hanging off and it's not the right color. I contacted them immediately for a 50% refund because of their labor. They told me to get it fixed at a local tailor as if I had time. They do contact you quickly but come up with every excuse not to refund my money.

This company is a joke. Their website says that you will receive your product within 22 days, but they can't give me an exact date. Their customer service is awful and they will take your money from you. I have requested a refund since it has been over the amount of time for me to receive my daughters prom dress. They only want to give me a percentage. They are thieves and should be banned from selling anything. I am still fighting for my money because they owe me my money. This company is a scam and I will make sure everyone knows. Now my daughter is out a prom dress and I am out money. BAN THIS COMPANY!! THIEVES!!

Beautiful looking, however if you a full figure lady asking to customize the dress of desire. My advice order 2 to 3 size bigger rather than customizing it with them. Then take it to a hometown seamstress for alterations

Be forwarned, this company does not accept returns because they say the dresses are “custom“. The material is very cheap and the dresses look cheap as well.

I purchased a dress for my daughter and paid $170.00. Shipping was pretty fast. Open and dress and it was nothing as pictures with missing sequins and a tear in the seam. Contacted Ladyprom and I was asked to have the dress fixed locally. I explained to them I was not having the dress fixed and I wanted a refund. They plainly did not want to refund. Would not give me a rerun address. They offer me $40 and for me to keep the dress to donate. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I opened a complaint with them and PayPal a month later returned my money - shipping which was 27.00. I realized fast that this business was a scam. They will not refund your money for any reason on any purchase and the dresses are very cheap made.
