Thanks for messing up my wedding dress this was the most important day of my life getting married March 19th less then a month away and I have no dress I spent almost 300 dollars on this dress and it looks nothing like the pic some of the dress was big some parts was to big and to long I wish I could show yall what it was pose to look like and what they sent me I'm very upset and very very disappointed please don't order from them if it's going to be something important like your wedding jus wasted money I can't even get back

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately, my daughter did not look at all the reviews prior to ordering. She placed the order and then we started getting the emails from the company. The emails included confirming the details on the dress, wanting us to expedite shipping, etc. Most of the emails did not make sense and that was our first concern. Our second concern came when they continued to charge additional amounts on our credit card. I asked that I get refunded my full amount and the order be cancelled. The company has refused. Since I then saw all of the previous complaints on the company, I decided to report them to the Federal Trade Commission since this company is operating out of the United States. I would highly recommend others that have had issues, to do the same.

Dress came in a resaonable time. Thats it! Do not, I REPEATDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a beige dress, they sent me white. I ordered size 18 they sent 14. I can not fit my wedding dress. I wont even bother sending it back because you wont get a refund. Money just gone. Horrible site😡

The dress I received is a poorly made version of the picture. Sequins are all over my floor just from trying it on. Website says you can return within 14 days if it's damaged but they lie. They want to charge me $80 in shipping and then cost of material and labor so my "refund" would be pennys on the dollar. The dress is scratchy. They had asked me for measurements to customize but I declined because they wanted me to pay more through PayPal so the dress is too big on top of everything else!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!! NO REFUNDs!!!

I recently ordered a dress from the website in a 16w using the standardized sizing chart. The company will automatically ask you to send your measurements. This will allow them to say your dress was customized and you will not be able to receive a refund if you are dissatisfied with your dress.

Secondly if you try on your dress and it doesn’t fit… you are not entitled to a refund because you tried it on.

Thirdly it’s not the dress on the picture. The quality is poor and not well made.

Lastly the dress smells horrible. I was informed by the company to hang it up and allow it to air out.

Absolutely horrible service . I sent my daughter's exact measurements dress still came in to long and with a bunch of extra material at the bottom of the dress that goes no where .it's not the same dress we thought we were ordering the whole top is made of flowers on the one they sent us but not on the picture. The flowers were falling off the dress right out of the bag . I informed the company of all of this and they said they can't do a refund because it was custom made in my daughter's size . But if I insisted I could send the dress back and they would refund 45% of my money the other 30% for fabric cost 25% for workmanship they would get to keep plus the dress ( imagine that ) .They sure know how to scam you out of your money .

Dress is beautiful! They kept in contact with me the whole time about my exact sizing, and were so helpful !!! I have never sized myself before, so it was great they sent me a step by step video how to do so!

Danny emailed me to double check about measurements and when the dress came , it was perfect! I felt the quality was well worth what I paid . The dress was gorgeous on my daughter. Thanks so much

I ordered a dress from here and the quality was tragic. The lining wasn’t sewn to the dress, it had roughly cut jagged edges with exposed netting and one of my sleeves was longer than the other. I reached out and they told me that they wouldn’t give me a refund for the dress because it was made custom to my measurements. The measurements were spot on but my issues were with the quality or lack there of in the work and the unfinished product that they tried to pass off. They took my money and sent me a half finished product that I now have to spend more money and time to have someone else finish. This was the worst customer service and buying experience that I’ve ever had and would advise Anyone who will listen to just find another spot to get your dress. This isn’t worth it.

I was so nervous about ordering my dress! Danny from lady prom dress is amazing. So nice and easy to email back and fourth with and she answered as many questions as I had. I received my dress and it is beautiful and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!!!

Beware Do Not Order Anything from them, they all make the items look totally a different way on their website but get the item and it looks like a cheap version of it and then when you send them a complaint, they do not like to help resolve your issue but insist on giving you back the money for shipping you pay for but not the value of the item you purchased, I purchased a almost $300.00 dollar UGLY CHEAP looking dress I could not wear to my birthday party...So I definitely would not be spending any money with them again...so I repeat My Final Warning Do Not Purchase Anything From Them

THANK YOU! for my wedding dress. It was perfect! It fit well, it is BEAUTIFUL. It arrived on time. very well made. the lace is stunning. I ordered online, they contacted me regarding my measurements and told me how to measure myself. I typically wear a 24/26. they got it perfect. I wish I could post a picture.

Do not order from them! I repeat do not order from them! I order a dress in a size 16 because that's what size I wear and the dress came extra small where I can't even get it on. And they are asking for pics of me trying on the dress that I can't even get into. I ask for an address to send the dress back and they are refusing to give me the address, they keep saying we will fix the measurements if you take a pic of you trying on the dress. Like I don't want no measurements I want my damn money back and now I don't have a dress for my big day because they are SCAMS. I had to dispute my card. So don't order from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered a dress for my up coming wedding in May, 2022. The dress was beautiful, but I cannot fit into the dress. I ordered a size 6 and gave them my measurement of my bus waist and hips. The return or exchange policy state that if you order or custom-made the size you cannot return it or exchange it. I'm pretty sad about this cuz all I want is just to get my dress fixed or whatever but it's way too small now I'm stuck with it.

I was really skeptical on purchasing my wedding gown on line…….but when I saw this dress, I fell in love with it,so I gave it a shot. After I put my order in Danny reached out immediately confirmed color, size and so on. He suggested custom as my measurements were in between sizes. So I did. I received the dress within 10 days and it’s absolutely perfect!!!!! I’m thrilled with this company and their expert Cutomer service!

If I could give it a 0 I would, I have them my daughters exact measurements for the dress and paid for rushed shipment and when the dress came it was way too big. When I requested a refund they would not give it to me and told me to get it fixed locally.

The worst place to order anything from! The dress was cheaply made with cheap material & I had my daughter measurements done professionally & it didn’t fit & it was very cheap looking. It was for my daughters prom! She was DEVASTATED & she saved her $200 just to buy it! They said I could ship it back express only for a tracking # which costs $99!! They list the dress as second hand wear at a value of $19.99!! She paid $212.99!! I will be disputing this charge! DI NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! We learned the hard way!

This company is a complete scam they played games with me about my dress I have been emailing backwards and forward trying to see if my dress was going to be made and delivered to me in time so I tried to cancel and it would not let me they literally waited until they supposedly shipped the dress then acted as if they could not help me DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THESE DRESSES ARE VERY HIGH AND PROBABLY WILL NOT LOOK THE SAME AS THE PICTURE SCAM SCAM SCAM! I wish I would have never brought this dress as I did not have not received it I am very pissed about how this fake company handled business period !!!

I came across lady prom dress with high hopes. The website is set up so professionally and the dresses pictured are gorgeous. However your dress will more than likely not look like the picture. I ordered a simple light blue dress and gave them all my exact measurements. It took them 20 days to even ship my dress and when I finally received my dress not a single measurement was correct. The material looks extremely cheap and was very hard to have tailored due to how they make the dresses. I’m very disappointed because I spent $200 on a dress that looks like I picked it up from the dollar store. Customer service however was very nice and responded as quick as they could. But if you’re looking for a dress for an important event please avoid buying from this website.
