Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

1. Our dress was not delivered in the fabric ordered. LadyPromDress substituted a satin fabric instead of a chiffon fabric.

2. My daughter was professionally measured as per the exact description on the LadyPromDress website. LPD delivered a dress smaller than the actual submitted measurements!

3. When I asked them for my money back: LPD simply said: Too bad. We made a custom dress for you. You own.

4. Horrible experience and I'm out $200

This experience has been a long journey but the wait was worth it! My granddaughters flower girl dress came out perfect! It’s everything that I could imagine. They took what was in my head and made it. I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely order from them again. This will be a life long thing with me, now onto her pageant dress’s then her prom dresses then her wedding dress. Thank you soooooo much.

Fraudulent charges and zero response when I tried to contact. They sent a return policy regarding two dresses I as a 40+ male certainly never ordered or even received! Had to call my credit card company to report the fraudulent charge of over $300! (They tried to pass off the charge as something I ordered and simply sent their return policy. For anyone thinking about ordering they offered $19.00 and required items that never arrived or ordered to be sent back to China.) ladies if you are looking for a dress it’s probably best to buy local! Luckily I have chase fraud protection but still need to change all my regular monthly charges to a new number once this place scammed my card. Save yourself a headache!

I got my prom dress from (ladypromdress) I sent in my measurements and I got my dress 2 days early it fitted perfectly and looked exactly like the picture all together great experience

I wish no stars was an option!!! Today is May 7th, 2021 and my daughter’s prom is May 15th, 2021. We have NOT received her dress yet and I have requested a refund. I emailed this company April 30th, 2021 informing them that I still hadn’t received my daughter’s dress. I still haven’t received my dress nor my money back. On the tracker it’s stating that it was delivered, but I don’t have anything. Thanks for ruining one of the most important days in a girls life!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

All was good till I found out how long it would take for my dress to be delivered. I paid extra for rush order which meant it would take 13-15 days rather than 15-20. I confirmed my order April 22nd and was told it would get to me by May 14th... thats 23 days. Even over the normal time for standard order. I asked for a refund on just my rush order due to it not making it within 13-15 days like told, and got no response. I got almost immediate responses before this on any questions I had about my dress too. So I was pretty much just ignored. I let them know the day I set my order I needed it way before my event date just in case I had any problems, which is why I chose rush order. Rush order (13-15 days) would of been perfect for me to still give me about 2 and a half weeks. Now Ill only have a week to figure something out if i’m not happy with my dress or have any fitting problems. My advice is order way before just in case this happens to you, and don't get rush order or you'll be scammed out of your money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! We had exactly the same experience as all those customers who wrote negative reviews. We ordered a custom dress and the one they send was too big. We tried to return it but the customer service refused to accommodate us. First they said: just tighten up the straps, then they send us measurements from another dress and claimed it was ours, and finally, when we resent images of the dress they said: you can get on, so what's the problem....

Great experience ordering and the dress was exactly as pictured. We paid for rush shipping and it arrived on time. We knew we were going to need it adjusted because we didn’t do custom and the alteration place we have used for 20 years said it was well made. I saw a lot of negative reviews and ours was totally opposite of that.

Ordered my wedding dress from LadyPromDress and they did an outstanding job! Sent in my measurements and it fits perfectly. If I had a question I would email them and they got back very fast. I am so pleased with my dress and their custom service. I would order from them in a heartbeat.

DO NOT BUY FROM LADY PROM DRESS***** IT IS A SCAM***** I purchased a prom dress for my daughter and it came made inside out. The shiny side of the satin was made on the inside of the dress. I emailed them several times seeking a refund for the defective dress and they would not give me the forms to process the refund. They are a scam and their products are defective. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! BEWARE!!

My wedding dress still havent arrived I WOULD NEVER ORDER HERE!!!! I Ordered my dress over a month before my wedding and it never showed and now i have to pay for wedding picture When and if my dress ever arrives.....WORST SERVICE EVER

I ordered a dress for my daughter and she altered the dress some and wanted lime green and gray for her colors. We did not get lime green and the dress was poorly made. The feathers are falling off and barely stitched to the dress. It looks nothing like the dress she chose. I paid extra for rushed shipping and you can tell the whole thing was rushed. I've sent emails asking for a refund and no one will reply. Their service is horrible and I would advise on never ordering from them EVER! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR NOT RETURNING MY EMAILS OR TRYING TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE. NOW I HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW DRESS AND PROM IS DAYS AWAY.

I purchased a prom dress from them. The estimated shipping and tailoring time is completely false. They shipped me a incomplete dress. The dress was nothing like the picture that was posted. They people are a complete scam and they block you from putting a bad review on their website.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. They promptly emailed me, within a couple of hours, and asked for the exact measurements and double checked which color we wanted. She is a little short and I thought we may have to re-hem the dress when it came, but it arrived exactly on time and fits her like a glove. We could not be more happy with this custom dress. It is beautiful and well made.

I ordered my daughter's wedding dress from Ladypromdress. Whenever I had a question about my order, they would respond right back. The dress came back and it is beautiful! My daughter and I absolutely love it!

I ordered a prom dress from this site did the measurements using the chart they give you in the email. When I tried to zip the dress up I can't zip it and the dress has a smell to it. Quality of the dress is cheap the fabric is cheap. NEVER EVER AGAIN

This company is horrible and I am trying to get paypal to stop working with them. I ordered a silver dress on March 27, 2021 then noticed when I closed the order the description said white Satin so I immediately contacted them. They then said no problem they will fix. We'll guess what? I receive a white dress then was told there was nothing they could do. I sent the proof of the emails and all of that was ignored. Lady Prom Dress needs to be blocked from selling in the USA. The dress I purchased was 167.99 it cost 80.00 to Express ship from the USA. I told them they should pay being that it was their fault. Now I am going to work daily to make sure no one shops at this store. Their customer service socks. It's the worst I have ever experienced.

The dress was the wrong size the quality of the dress was cheap they never sent the return ticket I paid over 200.00 tried to tell me to find someone to sell it to this place is a rip off store don't do business with them.

I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company. Dress was trash and the material was hanging. Just A Mess!!! Refund policy does not exist and they will argue with you. Please Buyers Beware!!! Do not purchase from this website It Is A Rip Off!!!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I'm going to upload pictures later but have to get this out here so she will not trick anyone else. The material is not as pictured. The dress measurements were extremely off and she dis not to accommodate the fact that the dress was not right. She kept telling me to take it to a local tailor to have them fix it after I had already paid her. After I took it to a local seamstress it could not be fix. The dress was way too little in the waist, extra big in the breast and too short. She stop repaonding to my messages after I told her it couldn't be savage, what was the next step because prom is April 10th. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!
