I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I provided her measurements at their request. We received the dress, it’s huge and can’t be altered. I contacted the company and they will not accept returns. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE.

SCAM! After ordering and paying over $200 for my daughter's prom dress, a guy named Danny emailed me asking if I wanted custom alterations. I answered Yes, even though I answered No on the site. He then asked me to send fee to their PayPal email which was a personal email. I knew it was a scam because no company will ask you to pay offsite!!! I then advised that I didn't want any special alterations . He never responded. I've sent three emails. No response. I've asked for a phone number, no response. I asked for a refund, no response. I should've know it was a scam because they claimed to be able to have my daughter's dress available in less than a week when their site clearly says 12-15 days just to make it. Then their ass are all the way in Hong Kong. Had I known it was a Chinese site, I wouldn't have ordered. Please do not buy from here. My daughters prom is in 7
Days and I have No dress

My daughter ordered a wedding dress nievely from this website. Shortly after we received an email asking for more money to have it custom made, we declined and said we would have it altered in the UK. Several weeks past and no dress, after multiple emails I received a DHL tracking number but no dress, contacted DHL and told it was a tracking assignment number but hadn't been dispatched, finally after several weeks the dress arrived and was not the right dress or the size we requested. Contacted lady prom and told could we measure it and they would check against our supplied custom sizes (that we didn't give and declined), various back and forth emails claiming we did and if we returned it via USPS and declared it as 2nd hand clothes we could have a refund minus the 75% of the cost and minus the 60 Gbp postage they charged! We declined and claimed back from the credit card company, we are still receiving threatening emails claiming we are facing legal action and arbitration from their bank including on Christmas Day, we have made the dress available for collection but they are not interested, please please please avoid this company at all costs, they appear genuine online, the reviews are fake and they are some backstreet Chinese based wholesaler nothing more.

I ordered my wedding dress from this company had it custom made an the associate Danny was amazing.Communication during process was exceptional .The dress is absolutly stunning an quality was far beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them an being custom made time was dead on what they quoted too!! Thank you lady prom dress for making my day special!!!

I needed a wedding dress and I was pressed for time. I searched through their website for reviews and it had great ones that included pictures of people who purchased from the website wearing their dresses, so I ordered my dress. As time passed I noticed that there are two different order processing timeframes given on the website so I freaked out a little. I communicated with the person who took my measurements and was asked to send money for a rush order through PayPal. I freaked out, even more, when PayPal refused to accept the transaction (it was a regular gmail account and not their company account which looked fishy combined with the language barrier I encountered), and when I read loads of negative reviews on various websites. HOWEVER, when I communicated my worry that the dress won't be here on time, they acted really fast. They sent the dress via express DHL service anyway and I got it a few days before my wedding day-enough time to steam out all of those wrinkles! It was very well made, with quality fabric and perfect stitching, and felt more 'weddingy' than I expected. It fit perfectly!
I try to keep in mind that people go online to complain, but forget to leave a good review from time to time... So I hope this helps someone.

So happy!!!!!!! I was scared at 1st but I am so pleased with my dress. The material used was worthy of the event. Fits like a glove and did I say beautiful.

I will definitely buy here again...

This is SCAM company. I spend over $200.00 on a dress and then they tried to get me to send more money to a random PayPal account with a Gmail email address. I tried to cancel my order and they wouldn't accept the cancellation and refused to refund my money but I never got a dress. NOT NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

Ordered dress and it came back before the time expected. The dress smelled new and was exactly how it was shown in the picture! I’m really happy with the results bc I was freaking out over the reviews

This is the worst place to buy. First of all I order the dress a week later after that charge me I got an email saying the fabric is out of stock. My choice was to change the fabric or pick another color. I picked another color which took for ever writing email back and forward. Closed to the party I got the dress it was too small by the neck and big by the chest. It was too late to fix or return to get another dress. I wrote to them with pictures and didn't get a reply for days until I decided to send another email. Now they suggest for me to sale the dress or return the dress but I have to pay 60 dollars shipping. Am already losing 60 dollars plus i had to buy another dress. Please do not buy from this place or is very stressful they don't even follow their policy, which I read they are not supposed to charge me. I will make sure to give them negative reviews all over the internet. They need to do a better customer service.

I spent $225 dollars on a dress that I never received. They were being VERY sketchy emailing me several times trying to change my order. I asked to cancel the order (before they ever sent it) and they would only refund me $67... NOT WORTH IT!!!!! worst choice i ever made!!!!!!

SCAM central if you ask me.

So, with the quarantine and all that is going on, wedding dress shopping is hard to do for the end of the year. Even though this was my second choice of dress, it should have been my first! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dress i got from this place. After several messages back and forth confirming size and choice, i am very proud to have choosen this dress!! I will post pictures from my wedding or if i cant contain myself, maybe sooner lol

I just recently ordered from Ladypromdress.com. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. My dress was not exactly the same dress that I saw on the website. It was maybe similar but not exactly white like I asked for. I sent my measurements but the dress was still not made to fit me. It was way too long and bigger than my measurements. The rhinestones immediately started falling off one by one. Whoever makes the dresses does not know what they are doing. I actually had to take my dress to an alteration shop and pay $341 to get it altered. It was way too big and too long. My mothers dress also came and was way too big and too long and not the color she asked for. So my wedding is May 23, 2020. Although the prices are good and the dresses may look beautiful on the website, I would not recommend this website to anyone. Do not order from here. I will never order from here again.

Do NOT order! I called a man answers and hangs up on me no response! I sent a email got a reply saying my dress was shipped when it hadn’t been! I strongly recommend not purchasing from this site!

Ladypromdress is horrible, i wish someone would’ve told me or that i found these reviews sooner. This website is horrrrrriiiiibleeee, the dress you’ll get will be nothing like they said, NOTHING. No resemblance at all, its a wonder how they make the dresses and are satisfied with their own work. I dont make dresses but i could do a hell of a lot better than that. My dress was hideous, nothing like what was pictured or what they said they could do.

Ordered a dress for my daughter, it arrived , awful quality and the back of the dress was ripped.
Contacted the seller and after a week of back and forward emails they refused to refund and told me to get it fixed locally!!!
Although using a .co.uk website they definitely aren’t UK based.
I promise you will waste your money if you buy from this company and worst customer care I have ever experienced.
Avoid !!

The worst experience - The dress didn’t look like it was pictured, the quality of the material is cheap and see-through. I tried to return it but you can not! The dress was $200 but to ship it back to China it costs $250!!! So it makes no sense. Would never buy anything from that company EVER again

Worst choice ever...

Terrible! Dress received was not even close to what I ordered... cheap materials, bad quality... in short words the ugliest dress I’ve ever had!

I decided to keep the dress because the rest of the bridesmaids ordered too... but they never send dresses to the rest of the crew and they ended canceling orders to them, so they had to buy another dress in a decent place ... and also I had to buy another dress expending the double of my money for one event.

Never never never buy for this company. Don’t trow your money.
