I ordered my dress April 18th, 2023. They didn’t disappoint at all with updates and making sure my dress came by May 5th. I loved everything about this dress besides the fact that the lace was too light on my skin.. but it was a minor issue and I fixed it. Best communication, like I said they didn’t disappoint at all !!

I absolutely had no problems. I ordered the dress, I got a response fast with instructions on measurements with a video on how to do measure correctly. My short notice was accommodated and it arrived with 7 days to spare. Minor alterations material was nice and my daughter looked fabulous.

I really don't know what you guys be talking about I order my dress for prom and it wasn't to big nor too small it looked exactly like the picture and I ate down ! I thought it wasn't going to come because the status did not update but I all you have to do is communicate overall I love it

Wow dress was exactly like the picture I ordered a size 2 it fits my little sister perfect didn’t have to get it tailored, literally no work needed I’m impressed I love it

Horrible I’m trying to get a refund because they didn’t properly measure my dress and now I’m having conflict with returning. Please don’t waste your time and money, the pictures displayed on the website does not match the products that they sell.

This company is terrible! Do not do business with them. They sent me the wrong dress and want me to pay for the shipping both ways, or I can keep the dress and they’ll refund me $20. Ladypromdress.com is a scam! The dress I received looked more like a costume than a quality gown.

Not only was the experience great, the customer service was awesome and the quality of the dress was even better in person. My daughter looked amazing for her junior prom. She absolutely loved the dress. Oh, shipment was quicker than expected and that was awesome too.

The dress arrived, once we got it out the bag we found the zipper part wasn’t fully sewn and there are loose threads all over. They want to offer $25 to keep the dress and have someone alter it or we can resell it. This is ridiculous, it’s my child’s senior prom and we’re dealing with this Bull!!

I only put one star because it would not allow me to go lower. This website/dress deserves a ZERO. The dress was delivered and it was absolutely nothing like what i ordered. The dress looked like they added a sleeve right before mailing it out. It was the wrong size, material was as cheap as a Halloween costume. The design was all off and lets not forget to mention the padding for the bra. It was so small and cheap would not even cover my daughter's nipple. The bottom of the dress looked like they cut with a knife. Absolutely the worst stitching I have seen. This website is a scam BEWARE

The worse dress I ever bought. Thank God I had enough time to order another dress off Amazon. The dress didn’t look anything like the picture. I gave the exact measurements and the dress was too big. They will not except returns and I’m too embarrassed to sale it. It’s just that ugly

this website is a scam the dresses that are on the site aren't what's being given to you also they tried to make me rush my order several times stating that they didn't have the fabric I wanted and it was all around sketchy so I emailed them canceling my order after 4 days of miscommunication and them not telling me when my dress will arrive and coercing me into paying an extra $30 for expedited shipping to "ensure" it'll be here on time I have currently sent 5 and counting emails about the dress and they have ignored my messages and tried to double back and saying my dress will be here on time when I requested my money back which I'm only going to be able to receive 70% because it's past 24 hours I just want my money back

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter's senior prom. I wish I had looked at these reviews first. It was a red satin dress with designs/appliques at the top. We received a burnt orange colored dress that was a heavy polyester material and was 80% different from the dress pictured and described in the description. My daughter was in tears. I emailed customer service per the website and dealing with them has been horrible!! I cannot stress that enough. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Finally, I may have a solution because I paid through PayPal and they are helping to resolve the issue. Not sure how it will turn out, but I want other buyers to beware up front! The company also asks you if you want to provide measurements to have a more exact fit for an additional $16. However, they then use that against you if you request a return stating the dress was custom made. It's very confusing because they also state that all of their dresses are custom made when you order it. Just save yourself some grief and find another business and research it well.

Bad quality dress!! Save your money!!! Looks like seller is selling second hand dresses. The dress ordered was stuffed in a bag without a tag and looks like something picked up from goodwill. I requested for refund upon receiving the dress and they only want to refund 50% of what I paid Which was $176.99. If I could give a zero star I would. Beware!!! Do not order from this site or seller!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They told me to send my daughter measurements and pay $16 extra dollars for custom fit. Next thing I know the dress is at my from door(I never paid for custom fit) so it’s too big in chest area and way too long, so I decide to send it back. They won’t take it back or give me money back cause they “designed” it for my daughter. The lies. They pulled that crap from they inventory and shipped it. Why would y’all custom fit a dress and I didn’t pay for fitting fee. Now they done stole $200 + from a single mother of 4 trying to survive in this world. Money I did not have but wanted my child to have a dream prom like she deserved. Now she don’t have a dress she can wear. Thanks lady prom dress for ruining my daughter happiness

Do not order from here they are a scam. Ordered a brown prom dress and they sent me something of a gold color. Then they told me because it was fit to size they would deduct for the fabric and labor. I’m so over it how can you deduct for something that was clearly not the brown I asked for. They have so many excuses to not give a full refund. Keep your money go somewhere else.

I have had the worst communication the entire way. They tried to get more money out of me two extra times after I ordered and paid for my dress. She insulted the price of my dress when I asked for an approximate date that i would receive it so i could plan it out for my wedding reception, she said, " compared to the other brides who bought dresses over $500, you can send $90 for a rush order." And never estimated a date. She was absolutely disrespectful the whole way

Ordered a prom dress in hot pink color as shown on their website. When it arrived, it was a terrible shade of dark raspberry. Not even close to pink, let alone hot pink. Sequins fell off all over when trying it on. Several places looked like the fabric had faded. They said we could take $30 and keep the dress or pay $40 to ship it back to China! Turns out, it would cost $200 to return. So now we're stuck with an off-color dress with sequins falling off. Avoid this hassle and do not order from them.
