The customer service was very nice. My clothing did not fit unfortunately and they worked with me on returns but the window for return is 14 days just FYI

Love the La femme wanderer website and their capsules. Have ordered from them twice now and products arrived than expected, unfortunately I needed to return one item but customer services were very helpful and gave me the option to return or store credit. Will definately order again from this company.

Delivery is long coming from China when you think you’re buying from uk!

Ordered a cozy vintage O neck jumper. The quality was excellent but unfortunately the size was not true. There was no problem with returns but I chose a credit note. The size large I ordered was very small. The company was excellent to deal with

Very long delivery time. I ordered 11th Feb and only just despatched 9th March. As I haven't received the items yet I cannot comment.

I was kept fully informed at every step of my delivery and my items arrived at expected time. Both items are a good quality but the sizing on the jacket was quite small. All of my queries were met with promptly and a satisfactory result was achieved

2nd update - no there’s nothing in my junk mail, I’ve gone back as far as 15/3! Update: bag turned up, with order updates arriving just after my original post coincidentally, however it is not suede and my battle is now trying to get a refund- they want me to spend the money on their site but there is absolutely nothing I need from them! They are now ignoring my daily emails……
I ordered a bag from them nearly a month ago and it’s still not turned up. They are ignoring my daily messages too so my advice is don’t order from them!
I will update this review if the situation changes but something tells me not to hold my breath……

I 've purchased two sweaters almost a month ago and still haven't received them. They take too long to deliver merchandise.

I ordered an oversized long coat which looks as advertised on their website. I like the slouchy, casual look. I am petite and the sleeves are too long but my local seamstress can fix them. Had no issues with the order. It took 3 weeks to arrive as it was coming from China but I was in no hurry to get it right away. Fun website to shop!

First time ordering from this company and the quality of the clothing is amazing. The customer service team are friendly, a knowledgeable and respond quickly. Highly recommend ordering from this company.
