Great customer service
All I can say is that their customer service is very good. This is the second time i have ordered from them. The first time I loved the item. The second time it was the wrong size( my fault) and they went out of their way to give me options on what can be done to get it right. Will definitely be ordering again!

First Order with Le Femme Wanderer
I ordered an outfit selection, two sweaters, two handbags ahandbag, and a travel outfit. I was SO excited when my goodies arrived.
When I opened my packages, I loved everything that I ordered. The only issue was the sizing. The clothing tends to run on the small size, so I would definitely recommend sizing up with your order.
I reached out to the customer service team with my sizing issues and they immediately responded to make certain the items that didn't work were take care of. If there were no sizing issues, I would have kept everything!
I would 100% recommend ordering from La Femme Wanderer! The outfit selections are on-point and the quality of the clothing is great.

Customer service is good!
The sweater, although very nice, was too big for my daughter. Customer service was very good, responded in less than 24 hours to my email and gave me an alternative to paying for shipping for my return. Instead, I will be receiving a store credit for the sweater so that I could order another item or replace the item without shipping back the original item. It did take a few weeks for the sweater to arrive, but I do appreciate their willingness and effort to make things right!

Great experience
Great experience, ordered a coat which was great quality just not the right size for me. When I went back to look at the size guides it was much easier (should of done it in the first place) but after I emailed and asked if I could return and get a different size they were very understanding and sorted things out really quick. Was great quality would really recommend.

I ordered a jacket and pair of boots and both were too big to wear. When I contacted customer support to return them both they sent me return protocol which was for me to pay to return items to China, the cost $71 on a $95 purchase. I contacted them again and they offered me a $190 store credit if I would write a review. I was able to keep the initial order, I didn’t have to return it. Not so bad!

Beautiful jacket but sizing completely off
Beautiful jacket but the sizing was completely off. I am typically a small or extra small, but this was sized for a child. (I ordered a size small)
Also keep in mind that the sender pays shipping, and shipping costs to China from US, are greater than the cost of the jacket!

Customer service was very helpful with processing my full refund. Although the jacket wasn't what I expected, I do truly appreciate how fast the team worked to salvage the issue and get my refund.
The jacket I ordered looked beautiful on the website. I got the jacket & when I opened it, I knew right away it looked nothing like what I ordered. Fabric feels cheap, wasn’t “elegant” looking at all like stated in the description, there was a back seam on the coat pictured on the website that was not on the jacket I got, the collar in the picture gave mob wife vibes (which I wanted) & the jacket I got, the collar was tiny & not even close to the size that was shown on their site. Compared to the pictures on the website, horrible! For $60 & the ridiculous cost to even send it back for a refund, even the guy at the shipping store said it was not worth it.
