Don't buy

The clothes ran small and weren't great quality. I wanted to return them because they claim that's possible. However, you have to print out and fill out a form, pack it yourself and pay for shipping. The address they give you to send it back - well, from Chicago it was going to cost $99 and then the postal service informed me they don't even have to accept it.

Will not send return info

I emailed to get return information and no one has emailed me back. I understand your policy is 14 days but those days are gonna expire because you will not email me back about returning my pants that do not fit.

November 23rd I got an email, finally. They offered a credit on a future order in the amount that I spent on the pants. I appreciated them making it right.

The after service is absolutely energy…draining

The after service of La femme wandere is absolutely energy draining. Returned goods no response confirmation though i have sent several email and I am still awaiting a response.
I am not happy with the quality of the product. This company is not transparent no it owes no integrity to its customers. Based in China

This is such a bad company and a scam! I ordered 2 items and I only received 1 until now! But they have put on my order that it has been delivered! No one is answering in the email, such a shame! Return my money if you cant give the item!!

Lack of Customer Service and Integrity

I ordered two items from this company and upon receipt of my order I had issues with the quality, transparency, and fit, and did not match the product images online. I contacted them and they asked for pictures, I have not heard from them since. Now I am stuck with these items and a credit charge. Very disappointing and lack of integrity by La Femme Wanderer.

Literally different sweater than picture

False/inaccurate representation - this is not the same sweater I ordered, not the same neckline or waistline as the pictures. Ones in photos are much wider. It was sold as “oversized” ( there was no size to choose from even.) This would only be an oversized sweater for a size 4 or below. It looks like an average size sweater. It says it is a combination of 3 different fibers but this sweater says it is 100% acrylic. Overall I will not trust a purchase from them again. I am going to request a full refund including shipping since the wrong item was sent.

Cheap material and no customer service

Delivery took a bit to arrive, once opened the package I was so angry with the items made with very cheap materials they don t look like the pictures and also the sizes are not true. I have tried to send emails to return the package for a refund, send messages on instagram and the chat for support, no response anywhere so I am now with this 2 plastic coats that I want to return but no one is getting back to me I’m so disappointed about the service but at least I know they are on my black list and never buy from them again and also I started not recommending to nobody

great service

despite sending me the wrong size their response is so fast and efficient. The product is gorgeous and very classy. Once you know your size as things are a little smalled than UK sizes I think this is a must for everyone! Great experiences and great products!

If I could give zero

If I could give zero, I would. It took 3 weeks for the items to arrive because it’s coming from China which it doesn’t say on its website. The sizing is ridiculously small - I couldn’t get anything past my knees! I had to return the items to China, at my expense, for a refund. Although I’ve supplied them with the tracking number several times because they keep saying that they can’t find it in earlier emails, they still haven’t given me my refund despite several requests. Now, they’re just ignoring my emails for a refund although they’ve received the returns. So they’ve got the clothes that I returned and my money which just makes them a rip-off company.
