I haven't received the package yet, it's taking too long

The order was outrageous, nothing matches with the photos they are advertising the products with. The quality is so bad, even on Temu you get better things. My jacket had nothing to do with what i wanted, it arrived late as well and when i opened the bag it starting to smell like fish. This is unbelievable. Also, why the refund/return, takes so much time? And why there is not an easier process rather than emailing the company and taking ages? I got an email saying to send them pictures of the product and after they will help with the refund. Why is this relevant and why it has to be 10 exchange emails to be able to process a refund, this is ridiculous.

It took a little shy of 3 weeks to receive my order. I did not know it was coming from CHINA !!! That was probably my fault for not reading fine print.
NOT impressed with the garment. Poor quality fabric.

Incomplete order delivered. One item missing. Contacted the company and no response.

There is no registered address for this company in Canada as stated on their website . It’s all from China . Address is listed as a part of China that has an enormous amount of fraudulent companies or factory activity in blocks . Check the return address on these items . These items would not be allowed to be sold in Uk . Very bad quality clothing . PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

This is a fraudulent website. Product photos are stolen. They will send you cheap, poorly made copies that look absolutely terrible. Stay away!

The dress is beautiful except they did not do the seam the scarf and the arms . Make sure you tell them to fully seam the garments ..

Not good quality

I'm sending all of my order back. I purchased 2 pair of wide leg jeans one medium one large because I know sizing can be different. I'm 5 foot 7 and both were 5 to 6 inches too short. The fabric quality was not bad and I would have kept the large *one size up from my regular size. I also ordered a cropped trench and a shirt. Both were too short and tight. The fabric was okay. I also ordered 2 pair of earring but the quality of metal was not good. Also I ordered a cross body stap faux suede bag. Material was OK but it is not a cross body bag at all. The purchaser is required to pay return shipping to China. I'll update review once I see how much that will cost me. UPDATED REVIEW. I AM ATTEMPTING TO RETURN 185.00 worth of merchandise. The post office says the return address they gave me is incomplete.This company keeps going back and forth with the same answers.the post office is also telling me that to return these items it will cost me about $200.00 in postage. More than the clothing cost me. So if you dont know if thier stuff will fit you OR if the quality is up to your STANDARDS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS COST PROHIBITIVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING

Just received a long awaited pair of jeans. Such poor quality and so badly made I couldn't even get them up my standard size 10 legs.

This cardigan has nothing to do with the one on the foto. And bad quality.

Lovely necklace would of liked the chain a bit longer great price

Ordered the crew neck long sleeve cardigan, advertised as a cardigan with a cinched ribbed waist, looked great quality and extremely cinched online. It took a while to arrive, it’s very poor quality and there is zero cinch in the waist, it’s just a straight poor quality cardigan- so very misadvertised online doesn’t look anything like the picture, so wouldn’t bother ordering.

My order was later than expected and the items that I ordered were not as nice as expected. Quality looks like high fashion on the advertising, but it wasn't any better than something I could pick up at Walmart. I won't be ordering from them again.

Their customer service and way of doing business is terrible.

The dress looks nothing like the one advertised on their website. The quality of the fabric is unbelievably poor. Some sort of low grade polyester. I was embarrassed when I took it out the cheap packet - I knew straightaway I had been duped. The returns procedure is such that it is not worth returning a sale product and I doubt you would ever get a refund anyway. I contacted customer service but surprise, surprise no reply. To give you an idea of just how bad the garment is - I would not give it to a charity shop.

What a load of crap- poor quality polyester clothing. You get better products for cheaper at Temu or shein! Sizes that were inconsistent some too big most too small. I was not emailed an order list and I had to chase up delivery and tracking a few times. I had to also track down the return address and search for postcode - I was charged 75.00aud to return items - it’s been a costly mistake and doubt I will get any money back on the items returned. Complete scam.

The turn around for receiving my order was weeks. Items came and were SHEIN quality. Materials listed on the website were cotton and linen and all my items were 100% polyester, I knew before opening them, but it even says so on the tags. I won’t trust a company that would lie to its customers about something like the materials they use. Very disappointed. Also I bought from here after someone told me it was a nice Canadian company but it’s all from china.
