I have ordered a number of items and was excited to received them. They took almost a month to arrive and the quality is not even vaguely the level as seen on the website and on Instagram. The size of the shoes was completely wrong (They sent size 37 when I ordered Size 40)
I have asked for a refund by sending an email to the address they have given. I hope to receive a full refund and will not be ordering again from La Femme Wanderer

Very bad small also like a plastic bags terrible don’t buy

I waited nearly a month to receive the dress I ordered and what was sent to me could not have been further from the actual dress pictured. This was like an Instagram versus reality situation. I expected satin and got cotton, even the neck line was different. I reached out to customer service so hopefully they can correct the situation.

I have sent numerous emails to this company requesting a refund as my items have not been delivered. After an initial “your items are in transit” I have had no further reply. I have sent them confirmation from delivery company that items have not been received but this has also been ignored. Please do not get scammed by this company like I have been

First time customer here, I ordered the set 2 weeks ago and till today I have not received anything, it's quite disappointed.

The customer service of La Femme Wander is excellent, they have gone far beyond my expectations to resolve an incorrect order. I am so delighted with the overall experience of the company and products I have just place my second order and I’m sure more will follow.

Too big and cheap-looking. Very underwhelmed. sorry - ALL going back.

I ordered arrived after about 10 days , it I was kept informed about shipping times ect .
The top is lovely 🥰 true to size and the quality is great!! Especially considering the price!! 5* A very happy customer.

Obsessed with the black satin skirt! I styled it with flats during the day and dressed it up with heels for dinner — so versatile and elegant.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the products. They look great in the pictures (Website), but in reality, you get inferior goods that you can't wear. Cheap material, very bad stitching.
And you can't really return it, because you have to pay the postage to China yourself, which costs 35-40€. I'm very disappointed with the company that misleads you through their website. Pure scam.

The top arrived quickly and appeared to look just like the more expensive comparison. I will use and wear, but the quality was average, the top seemed out of line, one side hung lower than the other. I pressed it and it was far better. It was true to size, but shorter in length than I expected.

The quality of the clothing is very disappointing. They are cheaply made. I don’t think I would even wear them. The clothing I ordered barely looked like the pictures. What a scam.

Unfortunately, the quality was not up to par. I am not surprised, as it is coming from China. Too, although I ordered my correct sizes, as it was very small, as it is designed for Asian bodies.
I had to trhow the items away, as it seems that the return process will be tedious.
The earrings looked beautiful online, but upon receipt, they were so huge and cheaply made.

Never received my things. I would never use this site again

These pants are too lightweight and very thin. The fit was not tailored as the waist was too large. The length was too short and was not at all as pictured on the model. Her pants looked long and smooth.

Disappointed in the quality of the clothing. It's very cheap fabric, stitching is ok, nothing is lined, a little ill-fitting and clothes don't hang well on the body.

Don’t order from this company!! It’s a complete joke, I ordered a dress for a wedding( I will put pictures below) and paid for delivery. When told it would take 5 working days, it took just shy of 2weeks. Once received the package the quality was shocking! Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures and was all screwed up in a tiny little bag.
As I was unhappy with the product I had paid for. I emailed to return.
I got sent a long email saying I have to print things out and send off. This process was nothing but difficult.
I was told I have to pay for returns which I was happy to do so, assuming it’s just the standard rate.
I took the parcel to the post office when I was quoted 24£ to send it back to the address they gave me in china! I think this is absolutely ridiculous and if I had know I wouldn’t have made an order in the first place!!!

I was dubious placing the order as it seemed to be too good to be true .
I ordered a capsule collection consisting of a bag, cardigan earrings ,linen vest and trousers set, blouse and maxi skirt.
The package was badly wrapped on arrival and when open a strong smell was present.
The items were of very poor quality especially the bag.
The earrings were nowhere to be seen.
Do not order from this company.
For a refund you have to send back to China which costs nearly as much as the items so completely pointless.
The delivery took 4 weeks to arrive.
This is definitely a con.

I ordered 3 garments , the cardigan was not the same style as what I ordered. I have sent 3 emails regarding this and no reply ! The other 2 pieces were not as the photo , fabric is however of good quality but the styling is very fitted and not true to size . I will not be recording from this company again .
