Disappointed.

Extremely disappointed that the products are not what they say they are. I bought 3 items because they said they were made of cotton and not a single one was. Will not be repurchasing from this cheap company. I'll be selling or gifting the products to charity.

DO NOT buy from this store, plaese!!

When I searched online, it seemed like this was a Canadian brand, but in reality, the products shipped from China (and took over 2 weeks), and returns have to be sent back to a factory in China.

The quality is extremely poor, nothing like the pictures on the website. The fabric feels cheap, the sizing is way off, and there are no tags on the clothes at all.

Please don’t be misled like I was. It’s not worth it. Honestly, if I wanted cheap quality like this, I could’ve paid a lot less elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience

Took weeks to deliver the ‘must have’ shirt. When it arrived it looked a very cheap
Polyester material, in a green colour not like the photo on the website. Disappointing experience and won’t be buying from the website again.

I ordered this on 4/21 and today is 5/15. Close to a month. It shipped express from China. I keep checking the tracking. The last update was 1 week ago on 5/9 it’s been in Miami. If I would have known it was going to take this long to receive it, I would have never ordered.

Size problem + Long delivery time

The quality of the items seems really good, BUT the sizes are not the right ones for the European market (I’m French). The clothes are too small !!!! I’m disappointed as I need to send them back. And the delivery time is very long : order dated April 23rd received on May 14th… BR

Almost 4 weeks and no delivery yet

I ordered April 21 and have not received my order yet, but I have received several emails asking me to review the items “I received”. It has almost been 4 weeks and no orders received yet.

AWFUL! Money taken Twice only 2 items received

Placed an order on 20th April for 3 items.
As I didn't receive an email for this order straight away (thinking I had forgotten to press the send button). I ordered the items again with a slight variation but used a different account. Then I noticed on my email that both the orders had gone through and money taken form both accounts!
I decided to wait and then return the duplicate items once they'd arrived.
After a week I sent several emails asking when my items would be delivered, I was told they were in transit! They eventually arrived on the 7th May! however only two items arrived!
To add insult to injury I checked my bank account this morning to see the company had taken money out of BOTH accounts !
I would advise anyone not to purchase from this company as the goods come form CHINA and the one item of clothing I received was cheap looking.
Beware.

Later I checked my bank account and saw that my payment had been taken twice. I placed the first order from a Mastercard account and the second from a visa CC account!
