ABSOLUTE SCAM - LA FRAISE TOUCH
To be brief, I ordered some French strawberry spread from them 6+ weeks ago, got charged immediately $52 but never got either an order confirmation nor a shipping confirmation. There is no telephone number or address on the web site or in their active facebook page. I have emailed their customer service department no fewer than 7 times and gotten no response at all. I have posted mentions and a review on their facebook page 10+ times w/no response. Looking more closely at their advertisement videos, they are all AI and I suspect that this company and it's products do not exist at all. They continue to advertise on facebook and maintain their facebook page with clever product displays to hook in other buyer chumps like me. DONT BE FOOLED THIS IS SCAM
TO IMPROVE: I would suggest that their customer service department actually respond to legit order inquiries, they should send order and shipping confirmations and they should provide customer service contact information rather than an AI bot that offers no answers and only an email address....that is never responded to either.
