I have two pairs of the fleece lined…
I have two pairs of the fleece lined boots from LBL . Lovely boots . Very well made . The only thing I'd say is that I wear them without socks as the fleece lining is quite thick so tighter . LBL delivers quicky and were very helpful and accomadating when I needed to up a size .

Last year I bought slippers and sized up to 40 (as per your advice) I am a size 39. I exchanged them because they were way too big. So This Time I ordered a 39 (too small) but wore them once to try to stretch them out so I guess I can't exchange them. Love your styles but huge problems with size.

Great boots but frustrating delivery service with FedEx Portugal
I am updating this review because after getting in contact with LBL customer service they have sorted out the problem and I’m happy to report that my boots arrived today and I love them. I was even offered a replacement if they hadnt reached me. So I’ve given extra stars but missing one still goes for FedEx portugal.
Apalling delivery service from FedEx used by Laidback London to deliver to Portugal. The tracking has stated out for delivery for 3 days now but nothing has arrived. FedEx are virtually impossible to contact so in all these days I have waited for the delivery and nothing has come. Again it’s been pushed forward to tomorrow without explanation and no response from LBL customer services. Will I ever receive these boots?? I am resorting to this review to try and have some answers!

Sandals were lovely but so small
Sandals were lovely but so small, and I have narrow feet. Returned and item received on 28/8. Refund was supposed to be done within 5 days… I’m still waiting and no response to my email. Such a shame as I was going to order again, but based on no refund and non response to my email I probably won’t bother again.

Love these shoes
Love these shoes! They’re the only flat strappy sandal I can wear and not have aching in my legs after a full day of wearing them. I can walk miles in them , they’re beautifully made, and the quality is there.

I love this product, old pair of flip flops were old. So treated myself to a new pair. There was a discount but couldn’t apply it. I sent an email to the help desk, they applied. The flip flops arrived and the discount was in my account. Thank you for quality service and great flip flops!
