17th June bought shed money taken 18th told 14 to 21 day delivery fine with that got text midway through term shed on way details of delivery no shed customer service sorry 16th July shed on way no shed phoned told definitely Friday maybe Saturday no shed told on phone your not far away from us carriers will be in touch nothing this company are great at false promises only quick on taken money still no shed thanks

I ordered a shed in 21st of May and on 9th July contacted my bank to get my money back!!
The reviews of others helped my to realise what type of establishment I was dealing with!! NEVER AGAIN
I think they are scammers! Go through bank for refund ASAP

I ordered a shed on April 23rd 2025. Supposed to be a 7-10 day wait for delivery. Needless to say it has never been delivered. Much correspondence with the company who just gave excuse after excuse until I eventually cancelled my order. Then they said a refund had been credited back to my original payment card. I unfortunately paid with a debit card. Guess what, no refund has been received yet. I will be contacting my bank to try and recover the money. BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a shed in May, still not delivered. They kept saying it will be delivered soon, then it didnt.....told me they would refund £50.00 as an apology but didnt. Now they are ignoring my messages. They have taken my money but not delivered the item. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I don’t even know where to start with this disgraceful company… over 2 months waiting after being told it would be a 3 days delivery. After a few weeks I was compensated £75 for it taking so long. After a few more weeks and going through my bank I managed to get a refund. They also took back their compensation. Stay away, nothing but hassle.

Ordered a shed on the 29th May to be told week after week, it was going to be delivered. Now apparently it's the 21st JULY with a promise delivery date of 14-21 working days!! 2 months later still no shed!!
The promise after promise and service is absolutely disgusting so save the agro and go to another company!! DO NOT USE THESE!!!

Lakeland Home did not deliver the item that I ordered after over 5 weeks despite the item being listed as "In stock, ready to ship" and "Delivered Within: 7-10 Working Days".
Initially they promised a second, delayed, delivery window and now no longer respond to any emails. Avoid at all costs.

Delay after delay after delay. 14 to 21 working days they said to deliver my shed. I am now at 44 working days and just been told maybe another 7 to 14 days .total liars and cheats. Avoid this company at all costs.

I unfortunately I didn't read the HORRIBLE experiences from others. I very very much regret ordering from these thieves!

When I placed tge order it stated I should get delivery in 7 days!! That was IN EARLY MAY, now it's July and I still haven't received it! Everytime I call they chat utter nonsense and it's always the same excuse, "they are having logistics issue" it's as though they are reading from a script!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE SAME LAME EXCUSES! ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS, NO SHED FOR ME!

If I could give 0 I would, I ordered a shed on the 19th may and the shed still havent turned up were now the 10th July and their still coming up with excuses! We've had 2 emails about confirming the order and once i decided to cancel as its been so long we got given a tracking number when i went to track the shed the tracking number was invalid, We've now cancelled the order and awaiting our refund, they get people with prices and then state 14 to 21 "WORKING DAYS", We've waiting 34 WORKING DAYS and still nothing very pure company and I will taking it further if we dont have our refund, the attitude on the phone from them is absolutely diabolical when I stated I wasnt happy I got told well it was on sale and I won't find another like it! Fuming dont cut it id rather pay the extra £100 and have it 3 days later!! ❌️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY❌️

Ordered a 6x8 shed in may multiple phone calls later and the shed turned up on the 9 July has come as basically a 5x7 so not good very small intetnal and very poor quality
Spoke with them and came up with some feeble excuse about the eves being in the measurements
Measured the shed external 5ft 4inches so not 6ft
7ft 3inch long so not 8ft waste of time do not buy this shed just spend the extra and get the keter one wish I had

Absolutely disgraceful company. We ordered a 6ft by 8ft shed and received a 5ft by 7ft one instead. The box itself falsely claims it's the correct size, which makes it clear this isn't just a mistake — it's deliberate false advertising.

We waited 11 weeks for delivery, only to be completely let down. No apology, no resolution, just poor service and deception. They expect us to repackage and return the shed ourselves, which is completely unreasonable — and if we do, we’ll be charging them for our time.

We’ve contacted them demanding a full refund and collection by Friday or we’ll escalate through legal and consumer protection routes.

If you're considering buying from this company — don’t. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid them at all costs.

We ordered a storage box on 22nd May. It was finally delivered on June 20th, damaged. I’m still waiting for a replacement. No one from Lakeland Home has ever contacted us to discuss the issues or explain why there have been problems. This is the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Avoid this company.

Ordered a shed back in may, emailed on the 2nd June, got a reply to say it would be with us in the next 7-10 working days. Ordered hadn’t arrived. So we’ve been phoning every week to get an update, the conversation with this man on the phone is always the same, the containers have been delayed, order still hasn’t arrived at the warehouse. I phoned this morning ( sounded like he had the television on in the background ) same situation, asked when we would receive our goods, he couldn’t tell me because the containers haven’t arrived. I would AVOID this company, complete scammers and you won’t receive your goods. I would also recommend to go through your bank for a refund rather than the company because the reviews for that aren’t good either. Also contact Action Fraud and get them shut down!!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Lakeland Home. I ordered a shed from them over two months and three days ago, and to this date, there has been no delivery. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere.
Since placing my order, I have repeatedly contacted Lakeland Home's customer service. Each time, I'm given the same vague and unhelpful assurances: "It will be delivered this week" or "It will be delivered next week." These promises have proven to be entirely empty. It feels like I'm stuck in a loop of broken commitments with no end in sight.
A shed is a significant purchase, and to be left in limbo for over two months with no tangible product is simply unacceptable. My garden plans are on hold, and I'm out the money I paid for a shed that seemingly does not exist.
The lack of transparency, the constant delays, and the repeated false promises demonstrate a severe deficiency in their operations and customer care. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this process has been.
If you are considering purchasing a shed or any large item from Lakeland Home, I urge you to reconsider. My experience suggests that you are likely to face significant delays, poor communication, and ultimately, no product. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable company.

They took the money for the item straight away and all seemed to be above board with confirmation emails but then I heard nothing. Despite chasing I had no updates on the delivery date. I then had a strange conversation with Jan, who claimed she was only covering the phone as everyone else was dealing with other things. I have a promise for someone to call me back but I'm not holding out much hope. Have logged a complaint with my bank.

Been trying to get a refund for over a month for a faulty storage cupboard. Good communication at first then radio silence. Avoid this company

First of all the shed isn’t the best of quality, very flimsy and does not keep water out of it.

Their Customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced. After multiple emails I haven’t received any response back.

Please look elsewhere.
