Good product - as expected and delivered promptly.
I would just mention there seems to be a small glitch in the address bit of the order section of the website. Two lines could not accommodate the relevant lines of my address and requiredeach line to be no more than twenty characters long. This was despite the fact that I was using the pull down address using my postcode which, as usual, is offered in the order sectionrather than inputting the address manually.

I absolutely love these leather gloves
I absolutely love these leather gloves. The leather is so very soft, so softer than the ones i had looked at in retail shops. I had been looking around for extra large ladies leather gloves as i have long fingers. The ones i saw in the retail shops only went to large, i could have made do but i felt some company must do extra large.
How wonderful to find Lakeland Leather. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Just took delivery of one of the Aviator sheepskin jackets the Tigermoth the quality is absolutely amazing unreal it’s nappa soft leather and 100% sheepskin lined including the sleeves. I looked at lots of these types online but definitely decided to invest in this one because I’ve bought from this company before
Their customer service is absolutely spot on I’ve previously spoken to Georgina and Kate and nothing is to much trouble to them and they are a credit to the company this jacket will last a lifetime and keep me extremely warm in the cold winter months

Poor Experience - security Tag still fitted and can't get feet in even though they are meant to be up to a size bigger
Arrived with security Tag still fitted (Lakeland leather didn't believe me so I had to send photo to prove it).
Despite my wife being unable to get her foot into the slipper (and they were meant to be up to 1 x size up than her normal 4/4.5) because the 'mouth' was not large enough, they still claimed that the slippers were to size and that she should 'bed them in.
They offered no alternative resolution, simply suggested a refund. I received a voucher for 10% of my next order (but you get that anyway on the site).
Were meant to be a christmas present, but its all been a bad experience - its now 12 January - so probably better to buy from a quality supplier who won't mess you about.

Our team do ask for a photograph of the problem when it has been raised so that we can start the investigations straight away rather than wait to receive the item back, this ensures that there is not a longer wait for the customer and we can get things rectified quickly, it also means we can raise a prepaid label for you to send it back. Sadly we are unable to offer exchanges on our current system so a refund was issued and the 10% off voucher would ensure that if you repurchased the slippers in the larger size you would have a reduction in price from the original price paid.
