Great experience

The guys did a great job on the wall and the light. They cleaned up well. Having worked with drywall years ago, it will take sometime for all the dust to go away.
We will use the company again as needed.

Mr. Rigo Lopez and all his crew did a fantastic job cleaning out all the mold I had in my basement. They also painted the walls with special paint to prevent mold and protect the sorrounding areas. They were professional, courteous and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The best of all was their price! I am veey confident to recommend this company. Thank you Mr. Lopez and your entire team!!

Lakeshore Restoration responded immediately to my inquiry. With sewage water standing in a basement room, they arrived quickly and began removing the water. After that they removed damaged materials, power washed and sanitized the area. The communication was great throughout and they moved quickly getting the job done in 5hrs! They returned to check on the space to make sure all water had been removed and the area was returned to normal. I cannot say thank you enough to this amazing company and amazing team of guys! Great work!

The owner/estimator was prompt in both replying to my inquiry and making an appointment to come out to give me a professional opinion along with a free estimate for the work that would be needed. He had workers out there less than a week later and they fixed what needed to be fixed that day. The work was well done, and they did everything we had discussed during his visit. The workmen were polite and professional and left the work space clean. I was quite pleased with the finished product.

Mr. Lopez and his staff were quick in their response to my call --they came out the same day to check out the project and I received the estimate very quickly. In just one week's time, the project was completed to my satisfaction.

Mr Lopez and his crew were professional, polite and good natured. Very neat and cleaned up after themselves. When I had to message Mr Lopez that the paint in root cellar was bubbling on the ceiling. Mr Lopez responded promptly and made arrangements to come back on Tuesday. A new plan was made to allow the ceiling to dry, come back and scrape what had bubbled.
