After I received my I was totally disappointed in the quality of my order.

The storage cabinet broke as soon as we tried to put it together. The stovetop protectors are a big JOKE!!!

The only thing worth paying for is the cat mat.

I will NEVER order from your cheap company again and will let others to do the same. Ridiculous

Ordered two vertical plate holders (two big hunks of plastic). Took Lakeside a full week to actually ship them. Did arrive fast after that as they used FedEx but you pay for that - charged $7 just for shipping. Did NOT ask for expedited shipping. Product is decent (screwing up plastic has to be hard). Who knows, maybe they actually make them after you order. Eliminates inventory costs.

It's a scam give you a false tracking number nothing ever arrives. 1 star is too much

shipping time is much longer than promised!! customer service hangs up on you when you ask to speak to a manager!!!

Prices are really good. Shipping was a little slow, but it was Christmas time and I had a big order. Like products as had replaceable standard batteries and some name brand toys do not. Toys were really inexpensive, but liked the quality. Saw other reviews saying had not received, but they were impatient around Christmas and made me think I wasn't going to get, but I did.

I ordered a childs toy for a Christmas gift Nov 23rd. It didn't ship until Dec 7th, or they told me it shipped. It actually hasn't shipped because only the label was made. Today, Dec 13th, it still says USPS is awaiting item. So 20 days after I ordered this, it still hasn't shipped. I will not order from this place again. Also customer service is not USA based and neither are the items, so definitely will not be ordering anymore.

They were not expensive (about £9.00 each) plus postage so I didn't expect quality stained glass, but thought they would be clear plastic. I should have read the description better. They are a very thin sticker which is difficult to apply without creasing I contacted company through this info regarding a return code for a return and he got the issue sorted within a few minutes … excellent service !!company number²¹⁴₅₀₆one one EIGHT

I bought an OUTSIDE use multi-colored globe in late Sept 2021. This globe is already not working after 2 months. This is for outside use and clearly it does not continue to work outside in the weather. Lakeside did send me a replacement so customer service is great.

Never would have bought this end table if I'd known how cheap it was. Parts don't fit, plastic "nuts", incomplete instructions. This was my first and last order from Lakeside.

First issue was that they automatically signed me up for a Lakeside Perks account and charged my card for $14.95, with no email notification or anything. I happened to see it on my credit card bill and had to have it removed. Next, I called for a return but never got the label and had to call a second time. Finally, their shipping costs are extremely expensive, and if you need a replacement, they charge you even more to return it, making it cost prohibitive to make a return. The item itself is actually nice, but their service and process is terrible. Do not recommend using this company when there are so many others who are far better.

Terrible customer service! Ordered a product that went on half price days later, I called, spoke to someone in a different country and said the company would not do anything to remedy the situation. Bad business. Will never make that mistake again.

They ran a promotion advertising Halloween outfits weeks ago , ordered one…..it’s Halloween tomorrow and nothing has arrived😂😂😂. They say it will get here eventually 😂😂😂!! Best not order a Christmas tree otherwise I’ll get putting it up at Easter. How do people like this operate a business?? Surly a joke. I rest my case……

This company is a disgrace i ordered two Crystal Lamps at £54.97 on the 27th September but they have still not arrived and they have not replied to my emails i m sorry i didn't check their Feedback first or i wouldn't have bought from them if i don't get my refund of £54.97p soon i will be contacting my solicitor to get my money refunded this company is a BIG SCAM BEWARE

Lakeside has some really great products for reasonable prices, but the customer service is terrible. I was sent several wrong items in my order and a few of the items I ordered were missing. They told me I'd have to pay to send the wrong items back to them and I refused (since I didn't order them). I tried them again recently and I already regret my decision. The items have been "preparing to ship" for 7 days and there are no customer service agents to answer calls or answer their online chat on their website. I would like to cancel my order, but I can't get through to anyone. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered three pairs of flannel pajama pants from Lakeside Collection on September 24. I've never ordered from them before, but I couldn't resist the price of 32.99 for three pairs, whereas the site I usually order clothes from wanted 25.99 for one pair.

The delivery was very prompt. I received them today, September 29, just five days delivery time, really less when you consider that I ordered late on September 24. All the more amazing because the shipping was free and they used FedEx.

The pants seem fine, very pretty and comfortable. I will say that the flannel is a little thin, not as thick as it would have been if I'd been willing to pay more, but hey, I wasn't willing to pay more, so I wasn't expecting thick flannel.

If the pants fall apart prematurely, I'll come back and change my review, but for now I'm a satisfied customer.

With prices this low, it's unreasonable to expect very high quality items, which people need to keep in mind.

Also, I do not believe, as another reviewer wrote, that Lakeside Collection posts only the positive reviews and ignores the negative ones, because I have seen some negative reviews on their website. And although there are obviously issues here and there, I do not believe this is a "scam" website.

Love this catalog store. Love the new items that stores don't have. Gifts become very unique because of this. Love the prices and never had any issues with shipment.

I was a little afraid to order from lakeside after reading the reviews, however I thought I would place a small order and see. I didn’t have high expectations but so far it has been great. My item shipped and arrived very quick. I was pleasantly surprised with it. Exactly as described maybe even a little better. Easy to put together. Only thing is the little magnetic seasonal stick on for the sign falls down a little. But I put a stronger magnet on it and it’s fine. I am watching my credit card closely to make sure there are no unauthorized charges or any perks club charges like others have said. So far there is nothing and I even called the company to make sure that I wasn’t enrolled in perks club and they said no. Time will tell but I am very satisfied.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOT HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES! Computer system generated wrong address and when I called not 5 minutes later, the rep lied and said she changed my address. Requested a supervisor several times and was told they were too busy to speak to me. Sent several messages with no response. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Cheap horrible products!! And they will ask you to review each item but they won’t approve your review unless you like the item. I can better stuff at Dollar Tree than I can from this catalog
