Ordered a window cleaner on the 10th July 21 and still waiting for it 2 arrive! I now think I have been scammed and wish I read the comments b4 ordering! Sent an email just waiting on a reply but what's I bet I don't hear back!

To anybody that is thinking of ordering from this website I wouldn't bother!

After ordering I checked out reviews and asked for my money back Luckily I paid with PayPal and asked them to get my money back and next day I received a refund of £43.96 I always use PayPal and always get a refund if it’s a scam

Ive ordered Snap Button DIY Set (150 Pcs Set).
It seems they take your money, then thats it, its like the lottery, you pay your money and hope to will, the difference here is, you know you going to loose.
Dont touch them with a long pole, you WILL loose your money

I received car scratch wax after waiting about 8 weeks,,it is a load of rubbish does not cover the scratch on my car,,please dont waste your money,iv asked for refund but they are ignoring me now,total con people

Not worth one star! Not received my order after nearly 6 weeks and they refuse to refund until it arrives and I have to 'refuse delivery'!

Its not rocket science to predict what's going to happen next... after reading other reviews!

Let me guess... they didn't receive it back as returned and so paypal refuse a refund.... an absolute joke of a company!

I have always ordered via Paypal as thought I had some protection... we will see!

What I don't understand is WHY do the likes of Instagram let them advertise? This needs to be stopped. Scam company.

Like most people, I have to say that one star is a travesty. I eventually received something like what I ordered, a small part just in a bag and will wait for the next millennia for any instruction, doesn't look, doesn't seem anything like advertised. Agree with everyone else, complete rubbish.

Not worth one star but, couldn't write a review without giving it. I have also been caught out by this company who trades under the Comfybear logo as well. I brought a glass cat or, thought I had. It turned out to be a plastic face of a cat, (not a good one) to stick on the window. The company is in China, not UK. I will be very careful adout buying on line now.

Shouldn't really get 1 star. They have stolen my money, Thought I was buying waterproof sealant on Facebook via PayPal. It has never arrived. £30. 00. down. Grrr....

I ordered two cat 'stained glass' window decorations advertised on Facebook. They were not expensive (about £9.00 each) plus postage so I didn't expect quality stained glass, but thought they would be clear plastic. I should have read the description better. They are a very thin sticker which is difficult to apply without creasing, the print is a bit blurred and the colours nothing like as vibrant as shown in the advertisement. I will not be ordering from this company again - a complete waste of money.

If i give - stars its not good enough . Ordered 2 seal tins for waterproofing a garage at £30 . Went to pay pal to complain as never recieved my item . 4 weeks later it arrives ???? 2x30ml bottles . Had bigger eye drop bottles . DO NOT use this company ! I am now trying to claim my money back

I've given * because it's the only way I could get access to give a review. I ordered 2 books for my granddaughters' birthdays over 2 months ago. Birthdays have now passed and nothing has been received! Only just realised after reading reviews that I've been well and truly scammed. That one star means nothing. It should really be 0! Lessons learnt (1) will not purchase anything advertised on IG, and (2) always read reviews first.

Don’t buy anything from this company... you will lose your money and item will never arrive.

I ordered a scrubbing brush with triangular head from here at beginning of Feb, still waiting. Not even an acknowledgement order received. Fear I may have been scammed on this. Especially after seeing some of the reviews !!!

Scammers placed order for handwriting books for grandson, no acknowledgment to order or emails.Fortunately purchased through PayPal
Will report via them snd Instagram where advertised. Will always check reviews in future

This is a scam company who hide behind being in China, Facebook, PayPal and all other big organisations must know so why aren't they stopping them? I ordered two aerosol's shown on Facebook to be for leaking roofs, it took over two weeks for a delivery of two 30ml miniature pump spay bottles to arrive that wouldn't cover a postage stamp, charged £29.67.

FRAUD.
Ordered draft proofing silicon seals (£30 for 2).
Order web page stated UK stock for delivery 2 days later.
27 days later not arrived, and, after two complaints to PayPal finally given a tracking number and it shows the parcel is still in China and no delivery date is known.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

if your order from them still shows status of it still "being prepared for shipment", CALL THEM...don't wait on email...hopefully someone will answer.
I emailed them weeks ago, & just after they shipped the package 5 weeks after the order, then they email me stating "I can check on this for you. It shows me the order has shipped out and can't be canceled. The credit card used didn't take the payment so you will still owe for the shipment. The order will arrive Tuesday 1/12/20 by the end of the day. If you have any questions feel free to call or email."
It takes less than a minute to check the order status,
guess they just want to keep customers' $...
If they state they have email customer service, then they should have enough employees to provide this...they may not since this happened.

I waited 5 weeks for the pens, which i originally ordered for kids for Xmas, but of course they arrived far too late, even though i ordered on 4th Dec. It has obviously been shipped straight from the Far East - how can any company nowadays think that this is acceptable behaviour with the environmental crisis looming - to send 2 small packs of pens halfway across the world? Besides, they are in thick plastic packaging and then EACH PEN INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPEN in thick plastic?! How is this necessary? I would very much encourage Lakeside Inc to rethink their trading practices to be a part of the sustainable future.
