My first time ordering from them. They cancelled my order without a email notice or anything. I was looking for my tracking number a few days after placing order since I never got a shipped email notification. Poor service!

The return policy is horrible. I received product and it was not the color in the picture and was made very cheap looking. I was charged $21.00 to return it and it was not even my fault!

Lakeside is one of my favorite online retailers. Fast shipping, reliable service and great products I've received. Found some unique items for Christmas gifts and everyone was happy with what they were given. I've used their online chat for order questions on 2 occasions and both times the reps were very helpful and answered my questions quickly.
