Kevin Tello handled my situation very well I was short fused as I have not had the best experience but I have worked closely with Bella and Stacy and was tired of being passed around so I refused to run through the circumstances every time I called with someone new. Kevin asked to assist, which he did. He did follow up as he stated he would. He took care of the requests as he should as I am the client that I pay this company to do. I thank you Kevin and I can only hope other will follow your lead. Thank you.
