Wrong Oil sent, extra unknown shipping Fee
I ordered two different oils. They sent two oils of the same kind. Also I was not informed (warned) of a shipped cost fee which amounted to the cost of one of the oils.

delivery, tax and duties
that expensive shipping was added to the price of the goods so i got to pay tax and duties even on it sadly.
also despite that very expensive shipping cost the shipping company handed over the package to a cheap local carrier ..
all and all it was a very expensive and not worth it discovery kit. yes the perfumes are nice and i'll probably buy multiple of them but it for sure won't be from this website.

Bad communication and bad service
Big warning when purchasing perfume from this company. They will send out old and new style bottles together without specifying which you are getting and don't respond to emails. I ordered two reinvented bottles and received only one of the new sleek bottles, the other was the old paperlabel which are supposed to be changed ages ago.
Not a serious company in my experience and the customer service is non existent.

I’ve been reading a lot of reviews about La Maison du Parfum, till I decided to give it a try.
So, on Sunday the 15th of March, I decided to order a Sospiro Vibrato (which, btw, is one of the best niche fragrances I ever had).
Today, 18th of March, I received my perfume (a true happy day for me). All I can say about La Maison du Parfum is that they have an excellent customer support service, the delivery was extremely fast from Belgium to Romania and the product is what I expected. Definitely will order from them again!!

The Essential Parfums Bois Impérial is a lovely scent and was well-priced at this website. I have had this perfume before and was running low so I needed to order it again. It took a while to arrive as it had to go through and got stuck at customs. Keep this in mind if you are ordering anything from here and need it by a certain date.
