We used Lambert Pugh to sell our house and cannot thank them enough for their fast and efficient service. We were allocated Rebecca S from team 2 who kept us up to date with all relevant information. Our house was sold very quickly thanks to Rebecca who was available to answer any questions when we needed. We are currently looking to purchase our next home and will definitely use Lambert Pugh to support us with this.

I knew we were in good hands when we instructed Susie Dove of Team 7 to act on our sale and that was definitely the case. Susie and her team provided a first-class service and ensured our sale went through swiftly and calmly. Many thanks to Susie and Sandra.

Having just completed the sale of our property we feel that we have received the highest level of service from SD and all of team 7. From the onset they established positive connections with us, responded immediately to our questions and the communication throughout was excellent. Your service from T10 and T4 is the worst I’ve ever had when buying and selling a house. It doesn’t fill me with confidence when we have to case to get things moving after 12 weeks so far of waiting with no end in site

Chasing every week to get this sorted. Now moving in to a 5th month even when we have done most to the chasing to get it sorted quicker. PPP springs to mind for the service we are getting

Not a good experience with T9 LP.

At the start of the process I was misadvised of the stamp duty cost with the cost quoted to me as being that of a property being purchased in England (I’m buying in Wales so VERY different rules for first time buyers). I pointed this out to them and received an email back saying ‘please see attached’ - it was a letter with just the cost changed, no ‘sorry we got this basic thing wrong’.

I’m yet to receive a revised quote which I would have expected due to Land Transaction Tax changes in Wales this month - not forthcoming.

My chain are very anxious to move now, as am I, but I’ve been told my team still have outstanding queries and are in the process of drafting a letter to the seller’s solicitors. This letter has been being drafted for three days now and no one can tell me what the queries relate to so I can’t prepare the sellers’ solicitors (who are very amenable to preparing the information in advance).

Not a good experience so will go with a local firm next time and have a named point of contact as this team based operation just seems to be a free for all of no accountability.

Very impressed with Susie Dove and her Team 7. Emails were responded to usually same day or the following day. The conveyancing was not straightforward as we had a number of timewasters who caused alot of work for nothing, but once we had a firm buyer, the procedure was timely and at a competitive price. This was our second conveyancing by Lambert Pugh and we have a third in the pipeline.
Susie is a credit to the organisation.

The sale was complicated by the fact that we had a long wait for probate to come through followed by a delay down the chain. However, Susie Dove and team 7 provided excellent service throughout and the price was appreciably lower than most other firms.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All sweetness and light until I agreed to engage them- then passed to Team 9. As others have reported- they do not answer the phone; they do not know how to send you all the documents you need by email and then hound you for not returning something they never sent. Documents they supposedly mailed to us 8 weeks ago, have still not arrived. They won't send their bank details by email, you have to use their app or send a cheque... who uses cheques these days? VERY VERY SUSPICIOUS. Emails take weeks to answer. Even leaving a message to say if they didn't respond in 24 hours I would be sacking them had no effect- so I sacked them! They didn't even care when I did- only response was "we'll start closing your file", no "sorry", no "what can we do to make you stay?" which made me think they get it a lot! Wasted so much time on them. Beyond useless.

Susie and the team have been complete superstars during the whole process. What should have been a very simple house sale, with no chain, no future purchase and no mortgage on the buyers part, became very complicated in many places but Susie was super throughout, always being quick to respond, getting everything sorted our end and dealing with very unhelpful and downright rude buyers solicitors during the process, as well as a computer says no attitude from our mortgage lenders towards the end. I can't say thank you enough for all the hard work Susie and Sandy put in to get this over the line and would definitely use them again!

The service received was abysmal.
They carried out a sale and a purchase for me and during both transactions I only managed to speak to someone on the phone on the day of each completion. Which unfortunately was two separate days as they couldn’t get them done at the same time despite weeks of notice. So had to spend two weeks without a place to call home.
I also spent the entire time relaying information from all other parties involved in the chain as they never answered the phone or responded to emails to them either.
Extremely frustrating experience and would not recommend anyone use them even if they were free. The extra money spent would easily balance out the stress involved.

but top experience will have to be with Susie Dove. absolutely brilliant!, Got sale moving, even when the buyers where holding the sale back, Susie literally threw everything at them so there isn't any reason for them to slow down the process. Communication and regular updates was excellent.

We found Team 4 very helpful at all times during the process.
There was a delay in some aspects of the search process but this was not their fault as Gloucester Council had been hacked which meant a delay, contacting them could be improved as when you rang it went to voice mail and sometimes took longer to respond but always did.
House moving can be a bit stressful we felt the way Lambert Pugh dealt with the mine field of paperwork was very straight forward I am old school and did not use the App as would be a bit complicated and I felt very happy seeing good old fashioned paper!
I would use again tomorrow and price very competitive
