Mark has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the rental process, always replying to emails promptly and providing timely updates. His professionalism and efficiency made the experience smooth and stress free.
However, I’d suggest that Let Alliance aim to complete the referencing process more quickly in the future to help avoid delays. Overall, I truly appreciate Mark’s support and excellent communication.

With myself being new to renting it can be very daunting and difficult but these made my experience so easy stress free. Especially Tas who works there she is delightful and is always happy to help.

I’ve dealt with a different property management company recently and often felt left in the dark, unsure of what was going on or hesitant to ask questions. My experience with Lamont Estates, and in particular with their property manager David Rose, has been the complete opposite.

Emailing David has been straightforward and stress-free — he's responded clearly, kept me updated, and made me feel included in the process. I’ve also been able to raise questions that I might have otherwise felt embarrassed to ask, but he's always treated them with patience and respect.
