Please don't send lamps with DPD
Please don't send lamps with DPD. they are the worst.
They tried to deliver 2 times and did not succeed, even though the address is definitely correct. Lamp still has not arrived. To be clear, i like the lamp. We ordered it before so we thought we order it again. Just DPD sucks.

The both lamps are damaged
The both lamps are damaged. It could be fabric defect. The request to the service center in AT to check whether I could receive the two same lamps undamaged went out on Sunday, April 27th. No answer so far.

My order has been dispatched via DPD…
My order has been dispatched via DPD with a wrong phone number (they have put a Dutch international number prefix instead of Austria) and as well to the wrong address that doesn’t exist (only the street name is correct, the numbers are completely wrong).
DPD cannot correct the address (I have called them) and neither the phone number. I am now out of luck.
Wrote as well to the customer support, but no answer so far.
I don’t understand how you guys can screw both the shipping address and the phone number, when I have provided both correct upon ordering in your system. Massive negligence.
