Fast delivery, good prices.

Excellent service.

The order (package) was not full. One item was missing - light ball. Troubles with delivery company in Bulgaria and tracking number on UPS site.
I'm not recommending any other orders to my friends.

The worst site ever, the worst API! I did not receive an email after my order, so I did not know did I make the order. There is no phone number, I wrote couple times with no answer. After 5 days I received an email, when I was already order from other site... never again fu

Everything was well organised and proper from the first information from the Website to the final payment of the order. Thank you very much.

The product I bought is of good quality and at a reasonable price. It was delivered fast enough but the disappointment came from the fact that I had ordered the lamp in bronze color, it came in black. I have not checked if the price is different. Otherwise, everything was ok.

Great service, fast delivery, ongoing information

We ordered some lamps thinking they were perfect for our renovated kitchen. We commited to them so much that we bought all other lamps to match their color, they just looked so good on the website.

Unfortunately, what we received was a massive disappointment. There were issues with all three lamps ordered. Two had paint peeling off and the third had a faulty mechanism. We ended up accepting a discount on the peeling ones and a replacement for the faulty mechanism, we will end up doing some DIY on them so we can use them as intended. I do appreciate the quick response and turnaround on the replacement and refund.

What doesn't sit right with me and the reason for this low score is that when I requested a replacement for all three, and for them to ensure they had no defects prior to dispatch, they replied that they couldn't guarantee the replacements wouldn't have the same issues. Which means they are happy to continue providing poor quality items when they have been made aware of different product issues.

Furthermore, the parcel arrived with Speedy, but they sent us a UPS return label. UPS is not a leading courier in Bulgaria and their offices are few and inconvenient to reach. When you're doing business in a different country, you should offer what is most convenient for the customer, not for yourself. This is sadly another case of websites which appear to be Bulgarian but are actually based in Poland, the Netherlands or who knows where. There is no phone number to reach them, and they clearly use Google Translate to communicate with you. At least we learned our lesson and we'll rely on local shops next time.
