Great customer service
The lamp arrived quickly, but unfortunately, one of the glass shades was shattered, and there was a scratch and a bit of rust on the lamp itself. However, the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and immediately sent a replacement.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Lamp came broken, lots of problems with sending the lamp back as kg are wrong. Have not receive the money back. Save your money and use different company. Very very bad !!!.

Pokud jde o odeslání produktu, my jsme prosili pouze, abyste zadala konkretní údaje do panelu, což mělo umožnit kurýrovi vyzvednout balík.
Pokud jde o váhu, je to univerzální a jsme Vám psali, že váha na štítku je na základě smlouvy s přepravní společností. Za převzetí poškozené lampy platíme my.
Pokud jste nedostala peníze, prosíme o kontakt.

Great experience
The same date I ordered, the package/s were on the delivery. It arrived 2 days after my order, which is great. It was greatly packed and the quality of lamps, which I ordered, was even better than expected. Honestly..I have absolutely no complaints..More the opposite.

There was a great portflio
There was a great portflio, so I made my choice. The product itself was claimed, but this e-shop were clear with instructions, paid for courrier to return the product and accepted the claim quickly. Money were also returned quickly. So communication was clear and fair.
